Sam Lufti has once again struck out in his attempts to get Britney Spears to testify on his behalf in his defamation lawsuit against her parents, as El Lay Superior Court Judge Zaven Sinanian refused his attorney's request to have the pop star undergo an independent psychological evaluation, as it would infringe upon sealed orders from Judge Reva Goetz, who is responsible for her conservatorship!

Furthermore, Sinanian also refused the request to obtain child-visitation reports and drug test results from 2008, which Lufti claims would prove that he wasn't slipping Spears drugs back when he was her 'manager.'

Good! Keep him away from her!

We think it's disgusting that he would even TRY to slither his way back into her life, just as she's really starting to shine again!

Remember the good ol' days of Super Mario World, Super Mario Kart, and Mortal Kombat II?

Of course you do, and for those of you slightly less mainstream gamers out there, you might also remember a Super Nintendo game called Zombies Ate My Neighbors.

Filmmaker Donnie John Darko remembers the game, and he's currently seeking financing for a Zombies script, which he wrote based on the cult classic video game.

Word is the film will be done independently, and wheels seem to be moving along for the project pretty smoothly thus far.

Sounds like a fun, campy, zombieriffic nostalgia fest!
