The Harvard School of Public Health recently did a study about the effects of processed meat on human sperm. They sampled 350 sperm samples from 156 men at a fertility clinic and had them fill out questionnaires.

Phew! We were so concerned!
Reports surfaced yesterday that Shania Twain was devastated because she and her husband, Frédéric Thiébaud, were having trouble conceiving, but luckily, her spokesperson has come forward to deny it, claiming:
"This is absolutely not true."
It seems like she's finally back on her feet after everything, the last thing she needs is another complication!
Best of luck, you too!

After a long struggle to conceive, Rod Stewart and Penny Lancaster are finally expecting a baby, which is scheduled to arrive in early 2011!
The couple had difficulties conceiving because Penny had high levels of mercury in her blood, due to her fish-based diet.
"A homeopathic doctor told me my mercury levels were really high, off the scale. I do love fish, and I thought it was healthy without understanding the high mercury levels that fish like tuna, swordfish and halibut can contain. My doctor said it was unhealthy to have so much mercury in my body, and also for conceiving babies.”
Penny cut down on fish, and after her mercury levels went down and she underwent IVF treatments, she was able to become preggers. This will be Stewart’s eigth child.
Congrats, you two!
