The battle between Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston's family is far from over, but the exiled Dad won't be turning to lawyers to reach his goal.
And we're glad, because that's the last thing that Bobbi Kristina needs.
Sources are saying that he DOES want to be there for her, but doesn't want to make things worse in an already tough situation.
We're also hearing that Bobby wasn't happy with how he was treated at Whitney's funeral yesterday — and feels her family should be as considerate to him as his family was to Whitney when Bobby's mother passed away last year.
That's understandable.
We just don't know if Bobbi Kristina needs that kind of influence right now, as we're also hearing that she might be battling her own substance demons right now.
What do U think, should he be allowed to be around her??

And the paws go up!!
After tons of claims from Madonna fans that Lady GaGa has been copying her from day one, Madgesty finally addresses it in detail once and for all.
And we're not talkin' a cute smirk or any hinting here… oh no. She FULL ON talks about it!!
But of course, as you all know, we love them BOTH!! And similarities or not, they both bring something new to the table.
That being said, our clock is ticking for M.D.N.A. !! We want it NOW!!!
But while we all wait, press that play button .. it's a must-see!!!

"Madonna is a wonderful influence on me. I feel blessed to have grown up with a powerful, blonde woman to show us the ropes. It’s all down to her that I’m able to do what I do. I really like her new single too. The one that was leaked. There’s no problem between us."

LeAnn Rimes was NOT home when this happened, so there's no need to worry for her. In fact, she was all the way on the other side of the country in North Carolina when a suspected drunk driver slammed into her California home's fence!
Here's what the sergeant had to say:

The coroner has just released that Russell Armstrong was clear of both drugs and alcohol at the time of his death.
The autopsy revealed quickly that it had indeed been a suicide, but toxicology reports still hadn't come in yet. Now they know that he was not under the influence of any substances when he sadly and tragically took his own life last month.
We still feel for you, Taylor. Things like this defy explanation sometimes, and it doesn't make it any easier.
Our hearts go out.

Not a good week for the O'Neal family! First Redmond, now this one. Watch yourself, Tatum!
The San Diego police are requesting an arrest warrant for Ryan O’Neal’s son, Griffin, after drugs and a loaded weapon were found in his car yesterday.
Griffin was in a head-on traffic collision in San Pasqual around 1 P.M. in which he sustained only minor injuries. Griffin reportedly caused the crash by veering into oncoming traffic and colliding with a van. Thankfully, the other driver was okay too, but upon searching Griffin's car, police found the concealed weapon and the drugs. Investigators are waiting for the toxicology report to come back to see if Griffin was under the influence during the accident.
Tsk, tsk. What's the matter with this family?! Can't anyone stay out of trouble!

A new study has found more teenage girls are smoking to keep their weight down thanks to models like Kate Moss.
The study published Tobacco Control medical journal claims girls who aren't worried about their weight are far less likely to light up than those who strive to stay thin.
Dr. Kaori Honjo wrote:
"This is the first study to examine whether the importance of being thin is an initiating factor for smoking among younger female adolescents. One possibility is if a girl believes that smoking promotes weight loss she is likely to develop smoking behaviour. It has been unclear whether teenage girls initiate smoking with the intention to control weight, or whether dieting and smoking are part of a larger constellation of unhealthy behaviours. This study suggests it is crucial to broaden the scope of health programs and policies to protect adolescent health."
We think this is a good start.
