We're still in flu season in the U.S. and just because a dog can't tell you their nose is stuffy, doesn't mean they can't get sick.
Did you know that pets can actually get sick from us?? Even from the flu!

Do you realize human influenza virus can transmit to pets? Are you taking precautions to prevent transmission of zoonotic disease (those capable of interspecies transmission).
Considering that people can be infected regardless of vaccination status and that not everyone will be immunized, it’s important that we recognize the potential for humans to pass a microorganism like the influenza virus to our pets. Yes, your dog or cat could contract the flu from you.
It's flu season, but you and your human kids aren't the only who need protection.
Your FURRY kids need their flu shots too!!!
Believe it or not, pets can get influenza just like humans, and their symptoms are the same - so be on the lookout for difficulty in breathing, runny noses, and other ailments.

The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stone magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.
Given her stoner reputation, we’re not totally surprised. Though, when asked to clarify her penchant for weed, she said:
"You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes... I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves."
That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:
"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."
She added:
"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."
Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...
