And they certainly leave little to the imagination on their reality show, Joan and Melissa:Joan Knows Best?

Ever since Melissa's boyfriend Jason Zimmerman walked out on her last September, the deed of injecting her with fertility treatments has now been given to Joan.

During the second season of their reality show, Joan can be seen giving Melissa the shots, which is something that didn't come so easy to her at first.

On the show, Joan is seen practicing on an orange by thrusting a needle in the fruit.

And boy, do they let it all out.

Also seen on the show is Melissa and Jason's huge fight where he storms off after telling her:

Jennifer Aniston Warns Botox Is 'A Slippery Slope'

Jennifer Aniston botox

Anyone considering using cosmetic surgery to enhance their looks may want to listen to what Jennifer Aniston has to say on the subject matter.

Speaking from experience, the gorgeous A-lister told InStyle magazine that even minor cosmetic procedures like Botox can be "a slippery slope", explaining:

“People think that I do a lot of injections, but I don’t. I’m not saying that I haven’t tried it…but I see how it’s a slippery slope. All that cosmetic stuff looks ridiculous on me.”

We won't judge anyone who decides to go under the knife, but we've definitely seen some people go overboard and, in some case, become addicted to plastic surgery!

Even Jen's bestie Courteney Cox, who openly admits to using cosmetic injections like Botox, has had a bad experience, explaining:

“One time I did too much, though. I feel weird if I can't move my face, and that one time I overdid it, I felt trapped in my own skin. I don't have a problem with any of that stuff; if it makes you feel better about yourself and it's done properly, then fine."

We don't think Jen needs any of that stuff though because, as public opinion has proven, she is one of the hottest people on earth!

Anyone lacking body confidence, however, should be happy to learn that Jen wasn't always so comfortable with her appearance either, as the actress continued:

“I was a dumpy teenager. My mom was a model and was all about looks, so I rebelled by going goth. It took me years of peeling back the onion to finally stop using makeup as a mask and feel comfortable in my skin.”

It's consoling to know that even the gal who played Rachel in Friends was a little insecure with herself at one point. Obviously, she got over it and so can anyone else!

Mother Injects Her 8-Year-Old With Botox AND Gives Her Virgin Waxes!

8 year old gets botox injections

To quote Kanye West's song So Appalled, "life can be sometimes ridiculous."

This is one of those times.

During a recent interview, 8-year-old Britney Campbell of San Francisco claimed that her mother, Kerry, injects her with Botox so she'll "become a star":

"My friends think it's cool I have all the treatments and they want to be like me. I check every night for wrinkles, when I see some I want more injections. They used to hurt, but now I don't cry that much."

Apparently, Britney's mom tests the Botox first before injecting her daughter, as if that makes it any less creepy/disturbing/abusive.

Kerry Campbell also claims that her daughter "…has her virgin wax monthly, which gets rid of her fluffy leg hair and makes sure she won't develop pubic hair in the future."

But does Kerry actually think she's doing a good thing for Britney?:

"More mothers should do it for their daughters."

So crazy…and disturbing. We seriously hope this ends up being a hoax.

YUCK!

Botox For Migraines? FDA Says Yes!

fda approves botox for prevention against chronic migraines

Looks like Botox is about to get a whole lot more socially acceptable!

The FDA has approved Botox injections to be used as a preventative against chronic migraines in adults.

They've recommended that the drug be injected every three months, around the head and neck, as a measure to dull headache symptoms in the future.

According to a statement, Botox "has not been shown to work against migraines that occur 14 days or fewer per month, nor has it been shown to work for other forms of headache."

Okay, so it doesn't work for ALL migraines, but at least it seems to be useful for seriously chronic sufferers.

Here's what associate professor of neurology at Harvard Medical School, Dr. Elizabeth W. Loder, had to say about this new usage of Botox:

"The benefits are modest when you look at the overall results. But, of course, within those results, there are always patients who do much better than the average and there are patients who don't have any benefit.

It will provide more options for patients who currently have very few forms of treatment available to them … when you are dealing with a problem like this, even modest improvement can mean the difference between being able to go to work and not being able to function very well."

Certainly an inneresting new revelation. We'll def be curious to hear more before we jump on the Botox bandwagon!
