Rita Ora, Jay-Z's latest musical project, is just one of many celebrities to flock to tattoo artist Keith McCurdy when in need of some new ink.

While Rita was in New York, sometime after her Met Gala PJ party, she hit up Bang Bang NYC to get a swooping dove tattooed at the base of her neck.

She tweeted and instagrammed the following:

Or at least that's how Justin Bieber seems to be feeling as he just got a tiger's head inked on his left arm (above)… not long after swimming with his new koi ink!

What's going on here!?! Is he trying to start a zoo on his body???

We love us some animal appreciation, but at this rate we should expect a peacock and a donkey soon enough (hopefully in the appropriate places if you know what we mean). ;)

Hopefully Wiz Khalifa is still riding his high from 4/20, because we've got some bad news for him!

The rapper recently filed a lawsuit for $1 million against It's My Party, Inc. after the concert promoters cancelled his show at George Mason University and never paid up! But apparently Wiz didn't have much of a leg to stand on as the judge quickly threw the case out!

So why didn't the suit make it very far??

Because he never signed a contract!!!

Seriously Wiz, didn't anyone ever tell you that if you don't get your deal in ink, it's almost like it never happened? It's not like this is your first concert!!

It's understandable that the rapper would be angry about missing out on a payday due to a cancelled show, but he really has nobody to blame but himself if never signed the dotted line!

We're guessing that Wiz simply forgot about a contract altogether. After all, short-term memory loss IS a side effect of smoking too much ganja! Ha!

Maybe it's time to put down the blunt Mr. Khalifa!

Everyone knows a tattoo is forever. Well apparently so is Amber Rose's love for Wiz Khalifa!

The two lovebirds are already proud parents to their beautiful baby boy Sebastian and are engaged to to be married, but Amber decided to show her commitment a different way.

By getting her baby daddy's face tattooed to her arm!!

Amber showed off her new ink in a post on her Instagram account, and even in tattoo-form Wiz manages to look high as a kite! LOLz!

The model has made it no secret that she love to get inked. Like seriously, she LOVES it! So it's not too surprising that she would take the risk of getting her future hubby's face etched into her arm!

Luckily, Amber and Wiz look VERY happy together, and we don't think she has anything to worry about!

Dramz is everywhere you go!

First his cray cray concerts in London, then spitgate and now he’s getting in trouble for tattooing.

Justin Bieber can’t avoid investigations no matter how many Beliebers pray for him, and this latest one is coming back from the past.

Last June, the Biebs took to New York and inked tattoo artist Bang Bang illegally.

See, JB doesn’t have a tattoo license! Duh!

The Biebs tattooed a muscle-y mouse on the artist’s leg along with the word “swaggy,” which really should be punishment enough for the Bang Bang.

We kid, we kid!

Instead, the New York City Health Department might be laying down

And another great mystery of the world has been solved!

We love celebrity tattoos especially when they’re something totes unusual and leave us with a puzzle to figure out.

We can always rely on Lindsay Lohan to supply us with some riddles including her latest tattoo debuted during a court appearance.

But now, the tattoo has been explained, and boy is it inneresting!

The simple twin red triangles with the quote “What Dreams May Come” was actually a tat she got with her former boyfriend/luvah/something Liam McMullan.

The dynamic duo got the new ink during a super special ceremony for two as a source revealed what the tattoos symbolize:

We always knew that David Beckham was a fan of tattoos, so when we saw him showing off his ink that's written in Chinese lettering, we couldn't help but ooh and awe!

The iconic footballer did a meet and greet at Peking University in Beijing, China on Sunday as part as his China tour for his duties as ambassador for the Chinese Super League, and while he was onstage, he not only lifted his shirt so we could see his hawt bod, but he also displayed his torso tattoo.

Beckham's Chinese hanzi script translates to "Life and death are determined by fate, rank and riches decreed by Heaven."

DAYUM! Now that's some food for thought.

We can't help but wonder why David got this tat, but considering that he has rank and riches, we're assuming that he thinks he's one lucky man!
