Lindsay Lohan wants her name OFF the radar for this hit-and-run mess!

Team LiLo says that her alleged hit-and-run and the seat swtiching incident afterwards are all nonsense and wants folks to hear her side of the story.

A statement from Lindsay's rep explaining the situation goes as followed:

Lindsay Lohan will not go gentle into that good night.

Today, Judge Keith L. Schwartz will make a decision regarding Lindsay's case, and sources say that Schwartz wants Lindz to do some jail time.

Prosecutor Danette Meyers will offer a plea bargain, but given the fact that jail time will be part of any deals, Lindsay is NOT interested and she's prepared to go to trial to prove her innocence.

Given the fact that Lindsay was just offered her first movie role in quite some time, we can understand why she'd ESPECIALLY want to avoid jail time…or at least delay it until after she makes the movie.

Raising Sextuplets' Bryan Masche, who was arrested on charges of threatening domestic violence against his wife Jenny, is now speaking out to the press about his despicable behavior, and has the nerve to claim he's innocent!

He says:

“I’m not a criminal. Look at my record - I was in the United States Air Force for eight years before working in pharmaceuticals. Now, I’m running my own finance company. At the moment I don’t want to comment further on this incident.”

Oh, so because you have a career it means you're incapable of breaking the law?

Or it somehow makes it okay to threaten the wife of your SIX children?

Somebody lock this STOOPID fuck up before he traumatizes his family anymore!
