After being slapped with a physical assault accusation from a woman claiming Lindsay Lohan pushed and shoved her at the Standard hotel in LA this past Thursday night, Lindsay has decided to ask authorites to investigate the claim.

Amanda Bynes's father is saying that his daughter wasn't drunk when she was arrested and charged with a DUI.

It's so sad to think that Demi Lovato has been dealing with these body issues since she was just a little kid, but since that can only mean SO MANY other little girls are too, we're glad she is opening up about them.

During MTV's Demi Lovato: Stay Strong, the actress and singer revealed that she began considering herself "fat" at just 4-years-old, admitting:

“When I was four years old, I remember looking in the mirror and running my fingers over my stomach and thinking I was fat."

Ugh! No child should EVER feel like that. It's such a shame that our society has pressured young and innocent minds into being so negative about their own body image. Fortunately, the Skyscraper singer finally got the help she needed in rehab last year, but still considers herself a work in progress, explaining:

“People think you’re like a car in a body shop. You go in, they fix you and you’re out. It doesn’t work like that. It takes constant fixing.”

For example, she shared that she had trouble digesting her Thanksgiving dinner shortly after being released from rehab. However, her stomach wasn't the problem — it was her mind! The Disney star told the cameras that she felt guilty after eating so much, saying:

“I think the thought of all the food I ate on Thanksgiving was still in my head. I didn’t think that I was going to make it the whole day without throwing up.”

Like others suffering from her condition, Demi has a long road ahead of her, but we totally believe in her and hope U do too!

If you're ever feeling similar symptoms and think for one second that it might be because of an eating disorder, take Demi's lead and PLEASE get help!

Oh man! We're glad such a talent will be involved in a story that NEEDS to be told!

Reese Witherspoon has reportedly signed on to star in Atom Egoyan's Devil's Knot, which follows the story of the West Memphis 3!

The drama, which was originally written by Scott Derrickson and Paul Boardman, will focus on Pam Hobbs, the mother of one of the murder victims who although initially believes the three suspects are responsible, but is eventually persuaded that they in fact were just wrongly accused, and will be played by the actress!

Wow. If done correctly, this could be yet another award-winning role for her!

We're very curious to see how this turns out!

Wow. He was almost in A LOOOOOT of trouble.

Back in August, rapper Big Sean was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl during a concert in Buffalo, NY.

At the time, he was charged with 3rd degree sex abuse, forcible touching, and 2nd degree unlawful imprisonment.

Now, we've learned that assault charges against Sean have been dropped, as long as he pleads guilty to "misdemeanor unlawful imprisonment," and pays a $750 fine.

While this is definitely a BIG break for Sean, his lawyer Scott Leemon still says that his client "did not engage in any type of sexual misconduct."

Soulja Boy Tell Em!

To recap, earlier this week Soulja Boy was pulled over and arrested when police found stashes of cash and pot with him. They ALSO found firearms in his car, but they weren't sure if they were legal or not.

Then yesterday, Soulja was released from jail, and thanked his fans for the outpouring of support that he received from them.

Now, we're hearing that Soulja is claiming he's innocent…even though sources say he was caught with a "substantial" amount of drugs in his car.

As of right now, Soulja has been released from jail on a $10,000 bond, but he COULD end up in jail for a lot longer if he's found guilty of all his charges.

What do U think? Is there any chance that Soulja Boy is NOT guilty here???

She's really holding strong against these accusations!

In light of reports that Bethenny Frankel exaggerated the amount of money she made off of her Skinnygirl Cocktail sales and also that she lied about being lost at sea recently, the former Real Housewives of New York star sat down with Matt Lauer on The Today Show this morning to once again maintain her innocence!
