It's been almost ten months since James Holmes allegedly murdered 12 people in an Aurora, Colorado movie theater and injured another 70, but his trial is barely yet underway.

Months ago, we told you the supremely disturbed suspect entered a "not guilty" plea — perhaps in hope of escaping the death penalty — but now James' and his legal team are attempting to modify their defense.

James now plans to change his plea to not guilty by reason of insanity!

And it's looks like the judge might let him do it!

Brad Pitt, along with a slew of other artists, posed for an interesting project for NYT times called A Touch Of Evil. Each star was asked to portray an iconic image of villianry, whether it be a specific character or just an attribute of malevolence, such as cruelty, seduction and insanity, as you see here.

He left the world too suddenly, but he leaves behind a legacy of music and inspiration that will live on.

Before Heavy D passed away, he tweeted some words of wisdom that we hope will bring some inspiration to those who loved and knew him best.

Earlier yesterday morning, mere hours before he collapsed and was rushed to the hospital, Heavy D took to his Twitter to suggest his followers "BE INSPIRED!" and follow that motto every day. The day before that, he offered another sentiment, posting:

"Never stop believing.. Magic is just science we don't understand.. Every original idea was considered insanity at first.."

Clearly, he had a real love of life and making each day count. We just with he had gotten more time to do so.

To you, Heavy D! You'll keep on inspiring people, even when you're gone!
