The 20-year-old posts before-and-after pictures of her weight gain, in addition to sharing lots of images of the food she eats with plenty of nutritional advice!

Amalie Lee documents her recovery from anorexia.

She's come a long way!

Her feed is a great source for anybody who has struggled or continues to struggle with eating disorders, and is looking for help with recovery!

Amalie also provides advice and wisdom from her own experience:

"In recovery from eating disorders, there is a lot of focus on the physical part. Being ill means looking physically ill; dry skin, hair falling out and a thin and fragile frame. But guess what? Most ED sufferers are actually normal- or overweight.

For me, recovery meant going from a body seen as abnormal and unappealing by others and society in general. But for some, recovery may mean letting go of a body seen as "fit" and ideal by society, and instead embrace a higher body fat percentage. A woman might get praised for her six pack, when she is in fact eating 1000 calories a day to maintain a body fat percentage so low that she does not even have her period."

Her feed is definitely a judgment-free zone:

"Not everybody who recovers will end up on a perfect bmi of X. Mind-blowing fact: you can be healthy without looking like a fitness model, and people who looks like fitness models are not always healthy.
I am damn proud of my physical change as you can see, and I enjoy showing you my progress. But always remember that healthy is not a look, and neither is recovery.#realcovery is for everyBODY👊"

Yes! So much truth in her words!

And we're so happy and proud of her for taking the steps to be healthy again!

Lady Antebellum's Charles Kelley & His Wife Detail The Fertility Struggles They Faced Before Expecting Their First Child

no title

Lady Antebellum's Charles Kelley and his wife Cassie McConnell Kelley prove you should never give up hope.

As we reported earlier this month, the couple announced they were expecting their first child after years of struggling.

On Friday, Miz Kelley went on Good Morning America to openly discuss the battle she and her husband faced trying to get pregnant.

She emotionally says:

"I get choked up just thinking about it… We're thankful — blessed isn't a strong enough word. We were up against some incredible odds, and it still happened."

When the country star and his longtime girlfriend got married in 2009, they never expected having their first baby would be such an arduous task.

"I think when you're young, healthy and you're ready to start a family, you just don't envision there will be any problems doing that."

However, they soon realized the realities of their situation.

"My body doesn't ovulate regularly [called anovulation], which is problem number one. I also had a blockage in my Fallopian tube, which also happened to be connected to my dominant ovary."

Doctors even told the 33-year-old and the 32-year-old they had a 1 percent chance of conceiving naturally.

However, one day, their dream came true.

"The plan was to start IVF, but to our surprise and incredible excitement, I got pregnant in May and then found out we were expecting in June."

And get this… she not only knows her due date, but also the sex of their bundle of joy!

"I'm due in February, and we just found out that we're having a boy."

We are so incredibly happy for Charles and Cassie, and we applaud them for honestly sharing their story!

#Kleanse Spotlight: See The Inspiring Messages These Older Ladies Have For Today's Young Women

They say young women should live in the moment.

We don't want to live our lives with regret.

And these older women don't want us to, either! A London spa called Sanctuary surveyed young women about their stress, and found that 70% feel a ton of pressure to be perfect, and are burning themselves out as a result.

So, the spa enlisted the help of a few experienced ladies, to share their messages about what's really important in life.

These lovelies reminisced about the way they lived their lives, and brought up all the things they wished they'd done differently, like taking extra time with their loved ones, or allowing themselves to have more fun.

They stress to today's young women that it's important to live in the moment, because it's easier to enjoy your life that way.

#Kleanse: Teen Model Blasts The Industry For Calling Her 'Too Big'

Filed under: Wacky, Tacky & TrueInspirationModelsBodyGIFsGirl Power

Model calls out fashion industry for claiming she's too big.

We've spoken before about how ridiculous the modeling and fashion industries are…

And here's another example!

Nineteen-year-old model Agnes Hedengard has recorded a video calling out the modeling industry for saying she's "too big" despite having a BMI of only 17.5 — when anything below 18.5 is actually considered underweight!

The Swedish teen explains that when clients find out her measurements they no longer want to work with her, and that the main criticism from the industry is that her butt is too big and her hips are too wide.

Ridiculous!

Anyone with eyes can see that she's extremely toned and svelte!

Does every model have to have her bones visible to be considered "good enough" to get work?

Recently France banned models deemed too thin, in order to combat the major issue of eating disorders that plagues so many of these young women, and yet it doesn't seem to have been enough.

It's truly appalling to learn that girls like Agnes are considered "too big" to get work.

Watch Agnes explain in her own words in the clip (below)!

#Kleanse Spotlight: 15-Year-Old Trisha Prabhu Develops An App That Looks To End Cyberbullying!

Filed under: InspirationTech TalkBullyingViral: KidsGirl Power

Trisha Prabhu is tackling cyberbullying head on!

It's hard to remember what exactly we we're doing when we were just 15 years old, but we're willing to wager it wasn't nearly as inspirational as this!!

With everyone connecting via social media sites like Facebook and Twitter, cyberbullying is a pretty huge issue these days — ESPECIALLY in high schools!

[ Related: A Teen With A Rare Skin Condition Has Amazing & INSPIRING Self Confidence! ]

But Trisha Prabhu is doing everything she can to make the Internet a friendlier place with a little app she developed called ReThink!

By connecting to all of your social media apps on your mobile device, ReThink is able to keep track of any outgoing messages or possible posts and asks users to reconsider sending anything out if it detects harmful or offensive language!

As a high schooler, this issue clearly hit close to home for Trisha. But she says she was really inspired when she heard the story of a teen who took her own life after being the victim of cyberbullying:

"How can a girl younger than myself be pushed to take her own life? I was shocked, heartbroken and angry to learn about this incident and set out to find a long-term solution to cyberbullying. I knew I had to do something to stop this from ever happening again."

While not all victims claim their own lives, the numbers are pretty staggering when it comes to teens dealing with depression and anxiety due to cyberbullying.

Trisha goes on to say:

"Research shows that over 50% of adolescents online are cyberbullied, 38% suffer from suicidal tendencies. Victims suffer from depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem, and are afraid to go to school the following day."

The app is currently available on the Google Play store and should be available to Apple devices soon, but the early reviews are already great!

In fact, Trisha says ReThink users have reconsidered sending harmful messages about 93% of the time!

The 15-year-old has already won a handful of awards for her innovative app and she's rubbed shoulders with some pretty interesting people (above), and we have a feeling this wont be the last we hear from her!

Lily-Rose Depp Reveals She's Not 100% Straight By Participating In THIS LGBTQ Photo Campaign! See The Pic!

Lily-Rose Depp teams up with iO Tillett Wright!

Lily-Rose Depp has teamed up with photographer iO Tillett Wright for his latest photography campaign.

In doing so, Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis' daughter admits to falling somewhere on the LGBTQ spectrum!

[ Video: See Lily-Rose Star In Her First Music Video! ]

That's because the campaign, called the Self Evident Truths project, uses photographs to showcase people who identify — even if it's only marginally — as gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, or queer! The project's website explains:

"The Self Evident Truths project is a photographic document of 10,000 people in the USA that identify as ANYTHING OTHER than 100% straight – as in, if you are anywhere on the LGBTQ spectrum in ANY way, even 1% gay, we want to take your picture!"

On Sunday, the artist took to Instagram to share a sweet snap with Lily (above) that they took together for the campaign, captioning the precious pic:

"I'm so proud of my baby girl @lilyrose_depp. She decided she wanted to be in @selfevidentproject because she falls somewhere on the vast spectrum, and I couldn't be happier to welcome her to the family. She's a tiny gem of a good human.#prouduncle #weareyou"

And the famous teen isn't the only model-slash-actress to take part in the Self Evident Truths project!

Last year, Cara Delevingne snapped a selfie with iO for the campaign! Ch-ch-check it out (below)!
