Age ain't nothing but a number.

Recently, filmmaker Veena Rao produced a short film that showcased The Harlem Honeys and Bears, a synchronized swim team for seniors 55 years and older.

For the members, participating in this swimming-dancing hybrid is more than just exercise…

It's liberation.

As one participant put it:

"Oh the freedom! I feel so free! I wish I could be naked."

And all the ladies range in ages from 55 to 92. One swimmer even started in her 60s, proving that it's never too late in life to find happiness!

Such an important message!

The music video for Lady GaGa's Til It Happens to You made its debut on Thursday night, and aims to raise awareness on the serious issue of sexual assault on college campuses.

Directed by Twilight's Catherine Hardwicke, the video shows several chilling stories featuring women falling victim to sexual violence and assault at parties and in dormitories.

But the video ends on a positive note, as the women get the support they need to stand up again.

Donald Trump's presidential campaign is inspiring people — but not the way he wants!

South Boston brothers Scott and Steve Leader are under arrest after reportedly urinating on and attacking a homeless immigrant while he was sleeping outside of a MBTA stop!

On Wednesday, the brothers pleaded not guilty to several assault charges, but said their attack was inspired by the former Apprentice host's anti-immigrant comments in his campaign speech!

38-year-old Scott allegedly told police it was okay to attack the homeless man because he was Hispanic, saying:

We're always down to watch any docu-series described as "uplifting, inspiring and humorous!"

And that's exactly how Oxygen Media describes their upcoming show, The Prancing Elites Project.

The docu-series will follow the five people who make up The Prancing Elites, a nontraditional dance troupe. Oh and they're based in the home of tolerance… Alabama! LOLz!

Adrian Clemons, Kentrell Collins, Kareem Davis, Jerel Maddox, and Timothy Smith form the "African American, gay and gender non-conforming dance team."
