Did anyone really expect otherwise this weekend?!

WE sure didn't!

Iron Man 3 has already DOMINATED during its early release in the overseas markets, took in an INCREDIBLE $15.6 million in its midnight release this past Thursday alone, and now, has effortlessly made its way to the TOP of the weekend's domestic box office top ten…with a momentous $175.3 million!

And while it didn't quite come close enough to break the $207.5 million record that The Avengers achieved this time last year, the super-hero threequel can now be considered the SECOND biggest opening weekend of all time!

Ah-MAY-zing! Maybe that Gwyneth Paltrow spin-off isn't so terrible an idea, after all!

Holy BLOCKBUSTER, Batman Iron Man!

The third installment of Robert Downey Jr.'s superhero franchise hasn't even opened in the United States yet, and within three days of international release in 42 overseas markets, has already made $195.3 MILLION!

That means the flick has already beaten out Avengers, which debuted internationally to $185.1 million…and we all know how THAT went on to do!

However, over here stateside, we still have a while to wait before we get to see Tony Stark in action, which means that for the domestic box office, it was Mark Wahlberg and The Rock's Pain and Gain which made the number one position, pulling in $20 million, and pushing last week's winner, the Tom Cruise-starring Oblivion, down to number two, with $17.4 million!

Oh you sweet, naive young things!

It's been an eye-opening few weeks for the five lads of One Direction; Niall Horan discovered poverty exists while on a trip to Ghana, and then in Japan the quintet were literally at a loss for words during a press conference because none of them knew ANY Japanese.

Not even guide-book level phrasing!

Which makes sense as they are totes too busy getting bombarded by crazy fans and recording vanilla pop tunes to learn such pointless skillz.

LOLz!!

BUT to counter their poor linguistic abilities, the boys have vowed to learn language basics of every country they plan to visit by hiring an instructor watching YouTube educational videos!

There's nothing worse than international flights. They're cramped, long, and boring.

One of those things is about to change (it's the boring part, if you didn't read the headline)! United is becoming the first U.S. airline to offer Wi-Fi on their international flights!! Of course, this is going to cost you: you can pick between two internet speeds — a standard speed between $4 and $15 or an accelerated speed ranging between $6 and $20.

Honestly, that extra $20 bucks will be worth it if we can tweet from 30,000ft on a trip to Tokyo. Yeah, bitch!

Kevin Costner went dancing with his family on a vacation.

And they tapped danced their way straight over the Atlantic Ocean and landed right in Paris, France!

In the picture (above) we see Kevin with his wife Christine Baumgartner and their kids Cayden Wyatt, Hayes Logan and Grace Avery get rallied together as they arrive at Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris.

There they ate croissants and wore berets and visited the Eiffel Tower - it was a hoot!

We hope they had a BON time!

That means "good" in french!!!

Annnnddd it's a wrap for the debating portion of the Presidential race!

In the third and final debate before election day, President Barack Obama and Governer Mitt Romney discussed international relations & foreign policy, specifically focusing on our future role in the Middle East and our precarious relationship with China.

If you haven't already, get politically engaged and watch the debate in FULL (above)!

Both candidates presented valid points sprinkled with many a personal anecdote. We kind of wish there had been a tad more policy and a little less reminiscing over past accomplishments/critiquing each other on past failures… but hey we take what we can get!

OH and so many props to CBS' Bob Schieffer, who seemed to be the first moderator who was FULLY the master of his domain! (Yes, we all DO love teachers, Bobby!)
