Remember when we told you Channing Tatum and Chris Pratt could star in another Ghostbusters movie along with the all-female version?
Well, that possibility is as real and corporeal as ever!

Star/co-writer Dan Aykroyd has re-teamed with original director Ivan Reitman to create what they're calling Ghost Corps (shouldn't that be ghost corpse? LOLz).
The new venture is an attempt to relaunch the franchise not just as a new series of films but as a whole cinematic universe, a la The Avengers!
In addition to the all-female reboot coming in 2016, there will be a male

It's happening! It's really happening!
Reporters recently caught up with Ivan Reitman at an event for his new directorial effort, Draft Day, but the topic on everyone's mind was Ghostbusters 3!
Ivan, who directed the first two Ghostbusters, shared some super sweet deets with fans of the franchise!
He revealed that the first steps of the movie making process have finally been taken. He said:

If there's something strange, in your neighborhood — who ya gonna call?
Not Ivan Reitman, that's for damned sure!!!
Sony announced that the 67-year-old Ghostbusters & Ghostbusters 2 director will step aside and let someone else direct the franchise's much-anticipated third installment!
The studio hasn't yet chosen a replacement, but Ivan will stay attached to the film as a producer so there's a chance he will be involved in the selection process!
Though shooting is expected to begin in early 2015, the script reportedly still needs to be tweaked to account for the

When we found out Bill Murray wasn't coming back for a third Ghostbusters installment, fans figured it was all over.
If we were going to get a Part 3, we'd need some divine intervention.
But it looks like when someone asked him if he was a god, Dan Aykroyd said YES!
Paramount reportedly WILL be making Ghostbusters 3 next year, shooting for a release in 2014- the 30th anniversary of the original film's debut.

It was an inevitable reality, but it still stinks.
Ghostbusters 3 has long been delayed, mainly due to Bill Murray very vocally adamant about not wanting to participate, and now, Dan Aykroyd has come forward to confirm that his former co-star will not be returning for the third installment, but production is still a go!

Well, this was pretty much inevitable.
Now that Dr. Conrad Murray's trial has ended, Jackson estate executor John Branca has approached Ivan Reitman and Tom Pollock's Montecito Picture Company about putting together a Michael Jackson biopic.
If all goes according to plan, the project will reportedly "only cover certain periods of the late singer's life."
Pollock has confirmed that he IS in early talks with the Jackson estate, but no deal has been solidified…yet.
What do U think? Would U like to see an MJ biopic???

Last month, we learned that the Ghostbusters 3 script had been sent to Bill Murray.
Now, it looks like Murray has finally read the script, and director Ivan Reitman is waiting to hear back from him.
Here's what Reitman had to say about it:
"He's seen it and we're waiting to hear."
We REALLY hope he read it and loved it!
…Then again, if he
actually read the script was enthusiastic about the script, you'd think he would have already gotten in touch with Reitman. They sent him it over a month ago.
Guess we shall see…
Do U think Bill Murray will like the Ghostbusters 3 script? Or is this project never going to happen?
