Drunk Police Officer Pulls His Gun On Jack In The Box Drive-Thru Employee — And The Whole Thing Was Caught On Video!
If you don't think the U.S. has a police problem, you don't know Jack.
Police around the country are supposedly being held accountable for their actions like never before after the recent uptick in officer-involved shootings, but this story stands out for all the wrong reasons.
That's because newly surfaced video of a drunk Sheriff's Deputy in Santa Clara, California being arrested for pulling his gun on a fast food worker is going viral!
Apparently, off-duty officer Benjamin Lee was arrested back in January after he threatened a Jack in the Box drive-thru employee with his weapon for not making his food fast enough, but video of the incident only just made its way online over the weekend.
As seen in the viral vid, Benny was booked for suspicion of DUI and for brandishing a weapon after the restaurant called 911 — however, we're hearing his only real punishment was some paid administrative leave.
While we're glad no one was injured in the standoff, Ben sure is lucky he was just a guilty cop and not, say, an innocent black man…
Ch-ch-check out video of the drunken incident and subsequent arrest (below)!!!
