Willie Nelson Busted Again Joins Jackass Crew For New Comedy!

willie nelson teams up with jackass crew

After the success of Jackass 3D, we're not surprised that Paramount would have lots of faith in Johnny Knoxville and co.

Back in 2008, Paramount purchased Mustache Riders, a comedy "about three small-time crooks who set off on an adventure to find a buried treasure with a grizzled old outlaw."

Now, we've learned that Knoxville, Bam Margera, and Ryan Dunn are attached to star in the project along with none other than Willie Nelson. Inneresting.

Looks like Paramount is re-working the script right now, to make sure that the Jackass crew will be able to "do all their own stunts" in the movie.

A scripted version of Jackass, eh? Could be amusing.

Plus, who could POSSIBLY miss out on a movie with a title like MUSTACHE RIDERS???

LOLz.

Saw 3D Slices To The #1 Spot On Halloween Weekend

saw-3d-movie-poster.jpg

People loooove to watch creepy things on Halloween!

Saw 3D, the film's seventh and (hopefully) final film in its franchise, was the #1 movie this weekend, taking in $24.2 million.

While the film definitely made more than last year's Saw VI's $14.1 million, it was only the fifth highest-grossing film out of all the Saw movies.

Paranormal Activity 2 went down a notch, taking the #2 spot in its second weekend, with $16.5 million. In just two weeks, the film has made $65.7 million, which is a HUGE number, considering the film only cost $3 million to make.

Summit's Red remained in third place with $10.8 million while Jackass 3D took a pretty big drop, plummeting 61% with $8.4 million.

Matt Damon's Hereafter dropped 47% and took the 5th spot with $6.3 million.

Yikes.

What did U see this Halloween weekend??

Paranormal Activity 2 Scares Up Audiences To The #1 Spot!

paranormal-activity-2.jpg

It's still a week before Halloween, but movie-goers were in the mood to be spooked this weekend.

Paranormal Activity 2 was the #1 movie in its opening weekend, taking in an impressive $41.5 million.

Last week's number one movie, Jackass 3D went down a notch, taking the number two spot with an additional $21.6 million.

The Bruce Willis and Helen Mirren spy caper movie Red took the third spot with $15 million.

Matt Damon's new movie, Hereafter was a bit of a disappointment coming in at number four in its opening weekend with a little more than $12 million.

We're sure it didn't phase him though as he was probably preoccupied with his new baby daughter, Stella.

So what did U see this weekend??

More 3D Jackass On The Way?

more 3d jackass may be coming to theaters soon

Did U get your fill of 3D Jackass this weekend? If not, it looks like you may get another chance sooner than later.

After a phenomenal $50.4 million opening weekend, Paramount is thinking about what to do with footage that didn't make it to the big screen.

Here's what Johnny Knoxville had to say about the extra footage:

“We shot two movies' worth of footage. We have so many bits that we never even turned in to Paramount because we were so swamped with ideas — funny stuff. The bits were just coming out of us left and right.”

The original plan by Paramount was to release an online follow-up to Jackass 3D, much like Jackass 2.5, which was released on the Internet three months after the theatrical release of Jackass Number Two.

Now, after the enormous success of Jackass 3D, Paramount is giving consideration to a second theatrical release. According to a source, the studio is likely to make a decision about where/when to release the follow-up with the next few days.

If they choose another theatrical release, it's likely that they'll film new footage, instead of solely relying on deleted scenes from Jackass 3D.

Would U buy another movie ticket to see more 3D Jackass in theaters?
