Real Housewife Jeana Keough Sheds Some Pounds

One of the stars of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Jeana Keough shows off her new slim bod!

Jeana, a former actress and model decided to show the public her weight loss process by appearing on Bravo's show Thintervention with Jackie Warner.

She is proud to say that she lost 25 pounds without resorting to plastic surgery!

The whole process entailed changing her diet and exercising several times a week. She made sure to only eat pizza once a month, and no longer drinks high calorie red wine, but only once and a while will have a vodka or tequila drink.

Jeana also noted that she eat every 3-4 hours so she never gets starving where she has to break down and have some pizza!

Well done Jeana! We are proud of you!!

This just shows that a healthy diet and some exercise is all you need to get that body you want!

Jackie Warner's Weight Struggle

It's hard to believe that the star of Bravo's Thintervention, Jackie Warner, was anything but rock solid. The reality TV star revealed to In Touch that even she struggled with her weight.

Here are some HIGHlights:

On gaining 50 lbs in college:
"I was alone in LA, and it was a huge culture shock. I was depressed and ate junk food every day. I was miserable and felt so out of control. I tried covering up with baggy clothes, but I was insecure from the time I woke up until I went to sleep.

On losing the weight:
It took four months. I was ambitious, and knew I wouldn't get anywhere carrying all that insecurity. So I started walking to school every morning, exercising and eating healthy.

Going from 169 lbs to 118 is quite the accomplishment! We like hearing about anyone who takes control of their life the healthy way!
