As Dr. Michael Jackson's wrongful death trial continues, many questions are being raised about whether anyone could have done anything to prevent the singer's death.
Well, it turns out someone was trying to do something- Katherine Jackson!
According to testimony by investigators, the King of Pop's mother told police both at the time of his death and in follow-up interviews that the family tried unsuccessfully to stage interventions to help the troubled singer.

Paris Jackson sure seemed like she was thrilled about something recently when she was spotted out and about with a friend in Calabasas.
Girl was looking fashionably great, as always. She always surprises us with her mature fashion sense at such a young age - not many girls just starting out in high school can say they know how to dress like that.
Lately, she seems to be experiencing the angst ridden part of being a teenager. Just try and remember, Paris, that we've all been through those stages, and when it seems like nothing is going to get any better - a ray of sunshine will burst through the clouds and make you infinitely better!
You'll always have friends and family whom care about you deeply. So try and remember that when you're feeling blue.
You're going to be a big success in this world - we just know it!!!
So don't be stressin' silly! You've got more going for you than you could possibly know.

Remember how Michael Jackson always kept his children hidden under masks?
Not surprisingly, the King of Pop's daughter Paris was just as confused by the strange attire as we are, but now that she's older she totally understands why.
In an interview with Oprah, Paris reveals:
"I was really confused. I didn't get why I was wearing a mask. But I understand it now – why my dad would want our faces to be covered. When we went out without him we wouldn't be recognized. We had a normal childhood" – including trips to the children's arcade and restaurant Chuck E. Cheese's. He told us that when he was younger he didn't really have a childhood. He would always be stuck in the studio singing while the kids were out playing. He wanted us to have that."
We always knew MJ missed out on his childhood, but there's something about hearing his daughter say it that makes it even more sad.
At least she understands and was able to go to Chuck E. Cheese and more importantly survived!

The Jackson Family is REALLY pissed about this Conrad Murray documentary! Like REALLY, REALLY pissed!
After MSNBC announced their plans to air the doc, the Michael Jackson estate released a statement expressing their utter disgust with the network.
Then, we learned that both Murray and MSNBC are getting sued by Digiraid Imaging Solution, who claims they're owed $140,000+ in unpaid bills for their work on the doc.
Now, La Toya Jackson is speaking out against MSNBC over the doc through a strongly worded letter, which she sent to the network.
Here's what it says:
