Gucci Mane keeps fighting the law, and the law keeps on winning.

After turning himself into the Atlanta police late last month, the rapper has been indicted for charges of aggravated assault after an incident with a soldier at a nightclub.

For those of you who aren't familiar with the case, lets catch you up to speed.

Alleged victim James Lettley recognized Mane at a club and approached him in hopes of snapping a picture. But instead of simply saying "no," the rapper decided to hit him in the back of the head with a champagne bottle instead!

Ouch!!!

The incident left the soldier with 10 stitches in his head and Mane behind bars.

Now it's looking like the rapper could be in some serious trouble after being indicted, and it probably doesn't help that this isn't his first brush with the law.

And you thought your parent’s were embarrassing? Try walking a mile in Lindsay Lohan's shoes!

With the troubled starlet possibly facing jail time, Lindsay's father took the opportunity to absolutely SLAM Dina Lohan and her parenting skills!

Mike Lohan recently opened up about his daughter’s legal troubles and he clearly thinks most of the blame should fall on her mom, saying:

It's becoming crystal clear that Lindsay Lohan and her expert lawyer Mark Heller will NOT be able to charm their way out of rehab, or even JAIL!

Despite making their best efforts to CONVINCE the judge/prosecution that Lindsay is totes fine, does not require rehabilitation, and definitely doesn't deserve JAIL TIME…

It seems her opponents are playing major hard ballz, as they are apparently demanding that any plea deal made inclue one or BOTH of aforementioned outcomes.

Don't f**k with Taye Diggs!!

After a failed attempt to steal from the actor's home during the SAG Awards, Hassan Omar Juma has been charged with burglary!!

The man who Taye apprehended during the home invasion will be arraigned later today.

If the 20-year-old criminal is convicted, he could face up to six years behind bars!

Oh and FYI — prosecutors have asked the judge to set his bail at $50,000!!!

But anyone dumb and desperate enough to mess with those rippled biceps should face the ULTIMATE punishment.

Next time (if he isn't in the slammer) we're sure he'll just stay and watch the SAGs like the rest of us!! LOLz.

Amanda Bynes isn't the only troubled Nickelodeon star these days!

Zoey 101's Matthew Underwood, who was arrested in November for drug possession, got a verrryyy lucky break from his judge with the decision that he would stay out of prison.

Matthew's probation officer urged the judge to give the former child actor 180 days in the slammer after he supposedly tested positive in a drug test and didn't cooperate with the terms of his probation.

The judge threw out the charges after the 22-year-old showed some substantial proof that he was compliant to the conditions of his probation and avoided drug use.

However, the rebellious dude isn't out of the woods yet because he STILL has four months left of his probation.

Here's a word of advice Matt: steer clear of Justin Bieber and Rihanna!

At least, according to Lindsay Lohan, that is!

And we all know that her definition is "innocent" is a FAR CRY from how the rest of us interpret the word!

But to the surprise of no one, the troubled starlet is once again playing a dangerous game of Russian Roulette with the prosecution in her latest legal drama - as she's due back in court later this month to finally resolve the case involving her June car crash on the PCH - and it looks as though despite the best efforts of her long-suffering, possibly-fired attorney Shawn Chapman Holley, LiLo is pretty much securing herself some SERIOUS jail time!

As we've reported, Holley got sacked right by her client right before she was able to negotiate a plea bargain with prosecutors, which apparently, would have kept her out of jail so long as she agreed to six months of lock-down rehab!

And even though sources with law enforcement maintain the offer is still available to Lindsay, regardless of her current representation

One would think that having been in jail before and knowing just how awful it was, Lindsay Lohan would have cleaned up her act and done everything she could to avoid making the mistakes that put her behind bars in the first place!

In fact, despite the fact that she deliberately lied to the police about her responsibility and involvement in the PCH car accident that ultimately led to her latest probation violation, she's now said to be freaking out over the very real possibility that she could be back in jail by the time Christmas and New Year's roll around, and has told her long-suffering lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, to do whatever it takes to keep her out!
