Ryan Lochte is making another lap of apologies.

The Olympic swimmer feels like he "let down a lot of people" after claiming he and four teammates were robbed at gunpoint at a gas station in Rio, then leaving his teammates behind in Brazil to be questioned while he skedaddled back to the states.

Another swimmer is coming home!

On Friday, it was revealed that the last swimmer implicated in Ryan Lochte's Rio robbery tale has negotiated his return back to the U.S. Phew!

As you surely know, Lochte and his teammates came under a ton of heat after they lied about being robbed at gunpoint in Rio. While the 32-year-old swimming star has already returned to the states, fellow Olympians Jack Conger and Gunnar Bentz were detained and questioned after there were discrepancies in Lochte's story — which they supported. Thankfully, after admitting their tale was fabricated, Conger and Bentz were given back their passports.

Unfortunately, at that time, the fourth and final athlete wrapped up in the drama, James Feigen, was still without his passport after Judge Keyla Blanc De Cnop's initial seizure of the travel document. However, it now seems Feigen's legal expert was able to negotiate his release.

UPDATE: Brazilian Authorities Recommend Indictment For Ryan Lochte & James Feigen For Reporting A False Crime

UPDATE 6:43 P.M. EST: ABC News is now reporting an indictment has been "recommended". It's unclear at this time if the case will go forward.


The Federal Police of Brazil have reportedly made the decision to indict Ryan Lochte and James Feigen on charges of false reporting of a crime.

The news comes on the heels of a video depicting one or more U.S. Olympic swimmers vandalizing a gas station in Rio this past Sunday.

Ryan continues to maintain his innocence despite the mounting evidence against him.
