A judge in Sydney, Australia has ordered a psychopath photographer to refrain from "loitering" less than 160 feet from Mel B..
The restraining order was issued after Scary Spice reported that the photog, Jamie Fawcett, threatened her husband and endangered her life during a kayaking excursion last week.
The X Factor Australia judge claims Fawcett created "big waves" with his boat while he circled her, her personal assistant and her husband, Stephen Belafonte. Then, Belafonte and the circling shutter bug got into a heated argument, in which Fawcett allegedly told Hubby Spice:
