Now that the pop star is once again at the top of her professional game judging X Factor, she apparently is adamant about taking charge of her personal life and finances, and could be setting up an official review as soon as July with her court-appointed lawyer and judge to make it happen!

As you know, we've been on a roller coaster of emotions with this story. First, we were super giddy hearing of the possibilities. Then, we jumped with joy when we heard the deal was set in stone. And yesterday, we were SO bummed when we heard it still hadn't officially been signed.

Crazy, right??

But co-conservators Jamie Spears and Jason Trawick are likely to dot those I's and cross those T's soon. And before we know it, we'll be throwing a celebration party - complete with rhinestones and cheetos!!

As we've reported, Britney Spears is almost 100% set to sign on as a judge on the second season of The X Factor, and apparently, that's because during the contract negotiations, Simon Cowell made the very smart suggestion that her fiance, Jason Trawick, become one of the pop star's co-conservators, as he is much better suited to be on set with her during production than her father, Jamie!
