How on Earth has this show managed to survive this long? Probably because none of its castmembers want to leave! LOLz!
Despite the fact that One Tree Hill has yet to be renewed by the CW, a majority of its talent - including Bethany Joy Galeotti, Sophia Bush, Austin Nichols, Robert Buckley, Lisa Goldstein and Jana Kramer - have all reportedly signed on to a potential ninth season!

Although, apparently, James Lafferty, AKA the one that's not Chad Michael Murray, has not yet signed a deal. Sources close to production have revealed, however, that he's still interested in returning in a part-time capacity!
Inneresting! Well, if they all are happy to be back and the writers have some fresh ideas, then we'll keep our fingers crossed for them that they get picked up for another season!
