Jason London (brother of Celebrity Rehab's Jeremy London) marred actress Sofia Karstens in North Hero, Vermont, the bride's hometown.

The couple married four months after Jason divorced his first wife, Charlie Spralding.

It was a fast engagement for the two, but it seems like they're really in love.

Of course he was denied!

Today in court, a judge denied actor Jeremy London an injunction against his mother, twin brother Jason, and Jason's girlfriend from speaking to the press about his imaginary abduction, in which he claims that he was forced to do drugs.

Apparently, London didn't even show up, and his mother's lawyer succesfully argued that her speaking out about trying to help her son was within her First Amendment right to voice her concerns!

Obviously, his family is just trying to help, and hopefully he will see that and listen to them before it's too late!

Sources are reporting that Jeremy London is suing his mother, brother and his brother's girlfriend to keep their mouth's shut while he is in the middle of his publicity stunt kidnapping investigation.

Apparently, Jeremy isn't fond of the things his mom and twin brother Jason are saying to the media, such as that he is crazy and has addiction issues. In all fairness, it really doesn't help his story if the world knows the truth about his drug problems and mental instability.

Insiders say that Jeremy is furious at his fam for butting in on his spotlight and doubting his kidnapping story. Now, he is seeking an injunction that will stop them, according to his lawyer, from "telling harmful lies.”

Can we file an injunction to get this looney tune to tell us the truth?

And for such a crazy story!

Jeremy London has been speaking up about his supposed kidnapping in Palm Springs where he was forced to do drugs. He says:

"It's been an absolute nightmare. This actually did happen to me. It was one of the worst days of my life… I thought I was going to die. Thank God I made it out alive."

But not everyone is buying this story — namely his own family! His twin brother Jason says, "We love Jeremy very, very much…but he's lost."

But Jeremy is sticking to his story, adding:

"The worst part of this has been my family. We've had to put a cease and desist order on them and now I'm going to have to have a restraining order put on them. They went on TV and told a bunch of lies saying this [the kidnapping] never happened. I haven't seen them in six months… they have no idea what's going on."

As for Jeremy's wife Melissa, she seems to think this kind of thing happens all the time saying, "Police told us this is the new thing to do down here… rob people at gunpoint and make them do drugs so they won't be reliable witnesses. It's happening more and more."

The Palm Springs Police response?

"We have not had a rash of them — they are not commonplace here in Palm Springs."

We still thing these two are trying to cover up their drug use!

PerezHilton.com has received exclusive info about Jeremy London's current condition!

A source close to his family tells us that Jeremy is currently being questioned by the police at the Viceroy Hotel in Palm Springs, CA for trespassing as well as displaying "erratic and violent behavior."

They tell us:

"We are trying very hard to get this to reach a head in time to save Jeremy's life and get him the help he needs. Heads up… as we speak the cops are questioning Jeremy at the Viceroy Hotel in Palm Springs because of his erratic and violent behavior towards the hotel staff, threatening to kill himself, and his appearing to be out of his mind on substances… and also effectively trespassing because he refused to pay for the room. In fact he's been calling our friends trying to get them to pay for it for him. The hotel called the police and they are currently there questioning him - likely he and his wife Melissa who is also with him will be taken into custody relatively soon."

Crazy!

Jeremy London's family is "crying for help" and they're afraid he's going down a dangerous path and will end up dead.

His mother Debbie Nielsen and twin brother Jason London are hoping he "gets the help he needs."

After several attempts to stay clean and even just recently successfully kicking a prescription pill habit for 7 months, Jason says:

"There have been times we've had hope [he has remained clean]. We are very concerned for him. This is his family's cry for help. We love Jeremy very, very much. He's lost. You're 40, grow up. Learn from the mistakes you've made."

Sadly, his mom Debbie has been through tragedy before when her daughter Dedra died in a car accident when she was 16. Debbie says "I don't want him to be another statistic. I don't want to bury another child."

So sad! We hope he gets help for his family's sake!
