VH1's Storytellers returns this week for its 16th season, and Jason Mraz stopped by to share some anecdotes…and even shed some tears!

In one part of the episode, Jason revealed to the audience the story behind his single, I Won't Give Up, from his fourth album Love is a Four Letter Word!!

Wow! We love Jason's voice and vulnerability, which are enhanced even more by the acoustic guitar!

We're definitely glad he decided not to give up during the rough patches in life and realized that everything DOES get better!

The people have spoken and they still LUV Lionel Richie!

Richie's Tuskegee remains in the top spot of the Billboard 200, edging out Jason Mraz (sorry, Jason) and his album's debut week.

Tuskegee sold 114,000 units, beating Jason's Love Is a Four Letter Word and its 102,000 copies.

Good news for Jason though, this week was the best of his career, marking his highest chart rank and most copies sold in a single week.

Adele stayed strong as always as 21 sold 90,000 units. Train and One Direction round out the top 5.

Adele also beat Jason in the UK…second place is always good, though!

Can Lionel make three times the lady on top of the charts?

Poor Jason Mraz!

While Lionel Richie was able to steal last week's number one Billboard spot from Adele in the US, Lady A just keeps roll'n in the deep in the UK!

The results of last weeks sales are in, and the diva's record breaking 21 beat Mraz's new album Love Is A Four Letter Word — by just 44 copies! So close!

Jason was able to beat and defeat someone in the charts though. He knocked Nicki Minaj out of second place to third.

All together, sales were NOT fab in the UK over the weekend. Adele and Mraz only sold 17,000 units — that's the lowest total for a number one album since 1995!
