According to Ebro Darden of Hot 97, they have! He says he received an e-mail from Jay himself flat-out denying the happy news! According to Ebro, Jay-Z wrote:
We knew it!! There were too many rumors! The was too much evidence!
Beyoncé is really most sincerely pregnant again!
Multiple sources have confirmed to E! that the Single Ladies singer is indeed with her second child!
Yay! Blue Ivy is going to have a kid sibling!
No wonder gurl is so exhausted!
Bey herself has yet to make a statement, but just like her growing bump, she has to come out eventually!

We know Jay and Bey are trying to show their little girl the world, but we're not sure Blue Ivy is ready for the mature taste of most Parisian cuisine!
