Uh-oh!

We guess this could actually be a pretty serious problem!

What was supposed to be a happy, fifth anniversary vacation to Cuba for Beyoncé and Jay-Z has apparently prompted some serious backlash for the celebrity couple…and now, possibly even an investigation from the Obama administration!

That is, if two Florida Republicans have it their way!

As we've reported, questions have arisen over how Bey and Jay were allowed to travel to the communist country, which is illegal under the United States' fifty-year old embargo on it, and Former House Foreign Affairs Committee chairwoman Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and her colleague Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart have now reportedly sent a letter to the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, requesting an investigation be opened to determine whether or not the pair violated any sanctions with their trip.

The letter reads:

Such a shame that what should be a happy occasion is being marred by this!

As we've reported, Beyoncé and Jay-Z are celebrating the fifth anniversary of their marriage with what looks to be a lovely, relaxing vacation to Cuba, but the location they chose is NOT sitting well with certain Cuban-American groups in Washington, D.C., due to the country's people still fighting for freedom and facing torture!

In fact, US citizens are technically banned from traveling to the island for tourism purposes, and must obtain a travel license from the government!

Beyonce and Jay-Z seem to be having a fabulous time in Cuba! Celebrating their fifth anniversary, the married couple dined at La Guardia restaurant Wednesday night and were joined by their mothers and another male.

Though the two are usually very private about their personal lives, the restaurant’s manager, Beberan Aemereca, didn’t keep from indulging the press with some details, including Bey and Jay’s menu and drinks! He said the couple “ate chicken with honey and lemon, a restaurant specialty, and had mixed appetizers,” while Bey enjoyed a lemon daquari and Jay a mojito, all followed by some red wine.

Bey was wearing a black and white dress, and "looked very beautiful” without any makeup on.

Beberan also added:
