The TV personality welcomed her third child Saylor nearly two months ago, and now is dishing on how to get back in shape after giving birth.
The little girl joined big bros Camden Jack Cutler, 3, and Jaxon Wyatt Cutler, 1.
"It starts with maintaining a healthy lifestyle during pregnancy. I worked out and ate the way I normally do: healthy 80% of the time, and 20% I ate whatever I wanted. I also worked out until a week before I had Saylor."
