For the cover, Kate wore a cream colored dress from LuLu's that showed off her breast assets without being too vulgar.

Much to our surprise, Miz Upton kept her clothes on for the spread, which included rag & bone shorts, a Cosmopolitan Collection for JCPenney bralet and cowboy boots.

The department store announced they're partnering with Disney to set up their own shop-in-shops in at least 520 Penney's stores next fall, as part of their massive makeover.

Marchesa revealed their glitzy Parfum d’Extase fragrance a few weeks ago, and now, the brand has a stunning ad to go with their nice essence.

Captured by Patrick Demarchelier, the sultry model wears a lavender gown that was inspired by the scent.

Designer Georgina Chapman explained:

“When I thought about the design of the dress, I wanted to bring the iris, the key-note of our fragrance, to life. It was important to me that I capture the intricacy and beauty of the iris through the draping and delicate beading.”

The elegant free-flowing dress is certainly a nice accent to the crystalized bottle, but what did you expect? Marchesa wouldn't make any old non-glamorous ad!

As for the scent, it will be available in Sephora and Sephora-inside-JCPenney in September.

Just look for all the lavender!

Dayum, now JCPenney is getting sued too!!!

Macy's and Martha Stewart have been in a heated battle for several months over a deal Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. made with JCPenney, and since she appealed the preliminary injunction the retailer made against her, Macy's is now after JCP.

Things are about to get real cray!!

We can definitely see why Macy's isn't feeling that JCPenney is selling the businesswoman's goods because that just means it's straight up competition.

Now, Macy's is seeking damages and an injunction against Penney's, which in turn will keep JCP from selling Martha Stewart goods, and everyone can be happy. Well, at least Macy's can.
