Back in July, Robert Alexander Kaseberg filed a copyright infringement lawsuit in California against Conan O'Brien, TBS, Conan Executive Producer Jeff Ross, and head writer Mike Sweeney, claiming that four jokes from his blog and Twitter account were used on Conan.
One of the jokes in question poked fun at Delta Airlines saying:
"A Delta flight this week took off from Cleveland to New York with just two passengers. And they fought over control of the armrest the entire flight."
The lawsuit claims that the same joke appeared on Conan that same evening!
Despite having previously released an official statement through his production company Conaco — Conan is now speaking out about the lawsuit personally.
