Meredith Vieira's Husband & Matt Lauer's Former Boss Weigh In On The Journalist's Sexual Misconduct Allegations

Matt Lauer

More people are weighing in on Matt Lauer's sexual misconduct scandal.

As we've been reporting, a couple videos have resurfaced showing the disgraced journalist making lewd comments to his former co-host, Meredith Vieira.

Her husband, Richard Cohen, has now told TMZ in response to the allegations that his wife was never offended by the Today show alum — in fact, they had a very close relationship and those comments were not off limits. Cohen made sure to make the point of how great of a guy Lauer is… hm.

Similarly, former Today show executive producer Jeff Zucker (who is now president of CNN) says he was unaware of Lauer‘s alleged "deviant, predatory behavior" during their time working together.

Kathy Griffin Calls Out Andy Cohen, Harvey Levin And Other Media Moguls In Tell-All Video! Watch!!

WHOA!!!

Kathy Griffin is currently in Australia touring the world for a live show she's doing, but the comic decided Saturday to not hold back at all — and she's going after Andy Cohen, Harvey Levin, and multiple other major media personalities and producers in a long video she posted to YouTube just a few hours ago.

The Life On The D List alum sat in front of the camera for more than 17 minutes to tell the story of how TMZ's Levin, Bravo's Cohen and others are connected and tied in directly to the Donald Trump administration in the White House.

She also publicly shamed CNN's Jeff Zucker over her lost New Year's Eve show gig alongside Anderson Cooper, and a few other major issues that have gone on in her career, as well.

But she really, really saves her vitriol to go in on — and try to expose — Cohen and Levin.

Donald Trump Desperately Wants To Sue The 'Horrible Human Beings' At CNN! Listen To Leaked Audio From His Re-Election Fundraiser!

Donald Trump has plenty to say about CNN in public, so we can only imagine what the President says about his biggest news network nemesis behind closed doors.

But now, we don't have to! Because leaked audio from a fundraiser earlier this week reveals just what POTUS thinks about the outlet he considers to be the pinnacle of "FAKE NEWS."

In what should come as a surprise to no one, Trump is desperately trying to figure out a way to sue the network full of "horrible human beings," and is willing to listen to any legal professional who thinks he has a good case.

The President said it would be great "fun" to slap CNN with a lawsuit in his first re-election fundraiser on Wednesday, where attendees reportedly paid $35,000 a ticket.

Despite the media being told they would be allowed to cover the event, the fundraiser was closed to the press — but luckily, we got to hear exactly what Trump said in front of his biggest Trumpettes thanks to audio leaked by The Intercept!

Trump used his speech to tackle all the "phonies" at CNN, like commentator Van Jones — who called the story of Trump colluding with Russia a "nothing burger" — and network CEO Jeff Zucker, sneering:

So THIS Is The Real Reason Donald Trump Loathes CNN So Much?

Donald Trump has made one thing clear during his presidency: he's not a fan of CNN.

It's hard to pinpoint just when the President started loathing the cable news network, or as he calls it "FAKE NEWS/The CLINTON News Network/The Devil's Reporters" — but the New York Times may have found Trump's breaking point.

After the second presidential debate last October, the soon-to-be POTUS sent CNN Worldwide president Jeff Zucker a personal email calling him "the most disloyal person" and even vowing to "get even." Whoa!!!

According to The Times, Trump "believed that he had gotten Zucker his job at CNN" and was therefore EXTRA butthurt over the network's increasingly aggressive coverage of him.

This is why Trump may have taken it as a betrayal when CNN panelists were especially tough on the then-nominee during the October debate, which came on the tails of that infamous "grab ‘em by the pussy" confessional tape.

After the second debate, which many reported Hillary Clinton had won, Zucker received an email from the Republican nominee through his campaign spokeswoman Hope Hicks.

And just as you'd expect, the email includes some alternative facts, extra parenthetics, and a vague threat telling the news head to watch his back, reading:

Oh Good, Donald Trump Is *Still* Talking About Alec Baldwin's Portrayal Of Him On SNL!

Basically… if you don't like Donald Trump, Donald Trump doesn't like you.

He feels petty… oh so petty…

Because this is a totally hard-hitting question, and there's nothing else going on in the world… Fox News' Jesse Watters sat down with POTUS on Thursday and asked him to choose who he would fire (a la Celebrity Apprentice) between New York Senator Chuck Schumer, the president of CNN Jeff Zucker, and yes, Alec Baldwin from his recurring role on Saturday Night Live.

Jared Kushner Meets With CNN Execs To Complain That They're Being Too Mean To President Cheeto Puff

Jared Kushner complained to CNN about negative coverage.

Sending his son-in-law to do his dirty work!

According to reports by the Wall Street Journal, Donald Trump sent Jared Kushner to meet with top Time Warner executives to complain about the negative coverage of Drumpf by CNN, the illegitimate prez's most hated news network.

Kushner reportedly met with Time Warner VP of corporate marketing and communications Gary Ginsberg and CNN Worldwide President Jeff Zucker to complain that people were being totally like so mean to Drumpfy. So sad!

The White House also actually issued this ridiculous statement:

"It's no secret that the President and his team have been critical of CNN's dishonest coverage of the President both during the campaign and since his inauguration, and it's obvious their ratings have suffered as a result. FOX on the other hand provides mostly fair, and more complete coverage of the Administration and their ratings have never been better."

Dishonest = accurate in their lexicon.

It's also being reported that Kushner specifically complained about CNN pundits Ana Navarro and Van Jones. Wow! Grow some fucking tough skin, loser! Every president in history has received criticism!
