GAH! WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN?!
That's right, the first official production still of the seventh season of Dexter has finally been released, and features everyone's favorite neighborhood serial killer, played by Michael C. Dexter's seventh season is approaching and Showtime's new teaser (above) is… nothing we don't already know.
and sweet promo for the September premiere adds nothing to the mix but a little dubstep.
But we are still pumped to see where the story goes!!
If you remember, Debra caught her brother Dexter taking down the Doomsday Killer. Ruh-roh!
As if that wasn’t mind blowing enough, the siblings confessed a deeper love for each other. You know, the kind of love that's outlawed in most parts of the world!
Of course, we aren’t surprised — Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter still seem pretty cute together in real life!
Their attraction was bound to manifest itself on the small screen eventually!

This is like a scene straight up outta Nicholas Sparks movie. We seriously got chills when we saw this picture. Chills!!
As U may remember, Michael C. Hall and his then-wife, Jennifer Carpenter, had a ROUGH year. They were trying to deal with his cancer AND his alleged affair with Julia Stiles.
It was all too much so they abruptly divorced. But lately, they've been seen on romantic dates and this picture confirms it!!
That flame is rekindled!! YaY for LOVE!!

Maybe they just can't fight a love like theirs!
On Tuesday night, Dexter stars and former spouses Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter were spotted having dinner at Beverly Hill’s Peninsula Hotel. Considering that the pair abruptly ended their two year marriage last year after Michael was reportedly cheating with Julia Stiles, it was surprising to see the pair looking so … friendly!
Okay, much more than friendly. An eyewitness at the restaurant recalls the scene of their "romantic setting," as they sat at a "dimly lit corner table, sipping wine." Then, the spy added:

Dexter was thought be donezo after its next two more seasons but Showtime's David Nevins doesn't want to close the door on even more of the hit show.
As the sixth season ended, Deb caught Dex killing the villian but she also admitted she love him. Nevins has hinted that Dexter may not be alone for too much longer.
