This is so sad.
As we previously reported, it's said that Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale's split stemmed from his affair with their kids' nanny for years. In fact, it now appears the No Doubt singer may have hinted at the betrayal in a recent radio interview.
"I had been writing because my life blew up. Everybody knows that my life blew up last February. I'd just been dealing with that. Unexpected. I was going along thinking that was going to be the rest of my life and it's not. I don't know what happened."
We can only imagine having your longtime love cheating with a trusted employee would be a total upset. We're just so impressed with how she's handled the whole situation.

She and Jennifer Garner deserve medals or something. WE KID!
Currently, Stefani has yet to comment on the scandalized news whereas the Bush singer's team has declined to comment. Hmm, very inneresting.
We don't think we've been more invested in the blonde beauty and Blake Shelton's relationship until this moment. The silver lining with all of this is that Miz Stefani felt so inspired to write — even though she didn't want to get out of bed.
The 46-year-old also noted that when she was in the studio, it was an experience working with others because "all this stuff is going down they didn't know." So sad!
Just last week, The Voice judge told Ryan Seacrest she was ready to "tell the truth." She explained:
"I was like, 'Listen, all I wanna do is — I just want to say the truth. I just want the truth to come out. I just want to be honest and real . . . that represents where I'm at right now.'"
Uh oh! Her baby daddy better watch out — and hire a good publicist. HA!
Our thoughts are with Gwen and her family during this intense time!
