We have a first glimpse (above) of Stephen Amell in action as Green Arrow and, sorry Smallville, Superman ain't got a thing on this guy!

It’s basically a two minute clip of Stephen doing upside shirtless crunches and murdering tennis balls.

The lack of a cohesive plot really doesn’t bother us because — holy chiseled abs, Batman — this dude is FIT!!

Arrow airs Wednesdays at 8pm this Fall, right before fellow hotties Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki bust ghosts on Supernatural!

We think we might give it a shot, LOLz!!
