Jerry Sandusky Wants A New Trial!!

Jerry Sandusky's lawyers are arguing that he deserves a new trial because they didn't have enough time to prepare for the first one.

His attorneys are saying that they were inundated with almost 12,000 pages of documents and that hearsay evidence was improperly allowed at the trial.

Pennsylvania Suing NCAA Over Penn State Sandusky Sanctions!

Gov. Tom Corbett of Pennsylvania is suing the NCAA on behalf of his whole state!

Like many other Pennsylvanians, Governor Corbett is upset about the unprecedented sanctions the NCAA hit Penn State with in wake of the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal.

The anti-trust lawsuit is going to be filed in the U.S. District Court in Harrisburg, PA's capital.

Sandusky Wants His Pension Back!

When Jerry Sandusky was sentenced to 30-60 years in prison, he forfeited many things.

Mainly, his right to freely walk the streets.

Justice was served in response to the Penn State sex scandal.

But Sandusky is still fighting, he just doesn't know when to quit.

Sandusky is currently fighting to get his $59,000-a-year pension back!

Auditor Wants BIG Changes At Penn State!

Pennsylvania's Auditor General Jack Wagner has called for serious changes at Penn State.

And no, we didn't just make up the term auditor general.

Wagner has asked PA's governor, Tom Corbett, and state lawmakers to demand Penn State's "antiquated" power structure be reorganized.

He said that the power at Penn State was cut-off from outside eyes and in the hands of too few people.

Wagner believes that the conspiracy of silence surrounding the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse case would have been uncovered sooner if the distribution of power was different.

Penn State's Ex-President In Court Today!

As we previously mentioned, Penn State's ex-president Graham Spanier was being brought up on charges related to the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal.

Well he was finally officially arraigned in court briefly today on the charges that he committed perjury and obstructed justice when he allegedly covered up Sandusky's child abuse.

MORE Penn State Officials Charged In Court!

We previously mentioned that Penn State's ex-president, Graham Spanier, is now facing charges related to the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal.

We had said that the former athletic director Tim Curley and Penn State's ex-vice president Gary Schultz were also going to be charged for their inaction during the whole scandal.

Well it's official now, Curley and Schultz were arraigned in court today in a ten minute hearing.
