For those of you missed it in 2013, Fisher was named in a wrongful death suit in the case of Amy Breliant, a woman who overdosed from heroin while staying in the actress' guesthouse in 2010. The late celeb's property was being rented out by fellow defendant Warren Boyd, who ran a network of rehab facilities at the time.
According to the suit, Boyd gave the Star Wars alum about $10K a week for patients to stay in her guesthouse. Amy was under the case of Warren at the time of her passing.
Despite Fisher's attempts to distance herself from the sad situation, in October of this year a judge denied her request to be removed from the suit.
