Roseanne Reboot Tackles Dan's Death, Right-Wing Politics, & Gender Fluidity — And Twitter Is DIVIDED! Recap Here!

no title

ABC's Roseanne reboot premiered Tuesday night, and boy, are the people divided!

While the Conners' old, beaten down couch is the same, the members of America's favorite blue collar family has grown: Roseanne is now a Trump-supporting grandma! Darlene has a gender fluid kid! Dan isn't dead!

Though many fell under the spell of network nostalgia, a number of Twitics just couldn't get past the title character's political beliefs. But defenders argued that Roseanne refreshingly showed a family on both sides of the political spectrum — which we saw in the premiere, as Jackie (Laurie Metcalf) and Roseanne have been divided ever since the election.

Echoing the opinions of the woman who plays her, Roseanne voted for Trump because he talked about jobs "on the real news." Jackie, on the other hand, was so freaked out by her fights with her sister, she ended up voting for Jill Stein instead of Hillary Clinton!

Pushing politics aside, (which Twitter could NOT do — but we'll get to that in a minute) a lot happened in the two-episode premiere. Becky (Lecy Goranson) is back and hoping to become a surrogate for a woman named Andrea (Sarah Chalke, AKA Becky 2).

Darlene (Sara Gilbert) told everyone she came home to take care of her parents, but really she's

Susan Sarandon Thinks 'We Would Be At War' If 'Very Dangerous' Hillary Clinton Was President!

no title

Susan Sarandon has been accused of being partly responsible for electing Donald Trump as president — and apparently she doesn't regret it one bit!

Because while the actress isn't particularly impressed with our new POTUS' performance in Office, she still doesn't think Trump was necessarily the greater of the two evils in the 2016 presidential election.

The 71-year-old admitted she hasn't "exactly" said that Hillary Clinton was more dangerous in the long-run than Trump, but she does believe the former Democratic nominee would have the country at war had she won the election.

When asked by The Guardian if she really said that HRC was the more dangerous nominee, Sarandon clarified:

Donald Trump Still Wins Wisconsin, Even After The Recount…

The votes are in… Again…

While it's common knowledge Hillary Clinton won the Popular Vote by nearly three million ballots back on November 8, the math just isn't adding up in her favor.

That's because after weeks of controversial recount requests — paid for by Green Party nominee Jill Stein — Wisconsin officially went to Donald Trump once and for all on Monday.

There were just 22,000 votes initially separating the racist Republican from the deserving Democrat… but after the recount, Hillary only received an additional 1,800 — meaning she still lost the Badger State by a slight margin.

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like Michigan and Pennsylvania will ever get their recounts either, seeing as the federal deadline is this Tuesday.

Good try though, Jill!

We're still holding out hope we can somehow avoid a Trump Presidency altogether… but we're quickly running out of options.

Donald Trump & His Top GOP Allies Defend His Dishonest Tweets — See Their Very Different Excuses…

Donald Trump has always had the Twitter behavior of a 14-year-old reality star, and many are disheartened his social media activity hasn't become more presidential in the weeks following his election win.

Of course, not everyone thinks the Presidential-elect's Twitter tantrums — which often include outlandish, erroneous statements — are a bad thing.

Specifically, outgoing Republican National Committee chair Reince Priebus, who defended Trump on Sunday over his recent tweet claiming that "millions" of people had voted illegally for Hillary Clinton during the general election.

Face the Nation host John Dickerson challenged Priebus on the unsubstantiated claim, asking how Trump's Chief of Staff can handle statements "when you know that that's not true."

In response, Priebus said

Susan Sarandon Finally Chooses A Side — And It's NOT Hillary Clinton! See Who YOUR Favorite Celebs Support For President!

Hollywood certainly had its share of fervent Bernie Sanders supporters. But when the Vermont senator dropped out of the race, even the most ardent eventually came around and felt the Bern for Hillary Clinton instead.

But Susan Sarandon just never could get on board — even going so far as to say Donald Trump would at least bring some kind of change.

So who will the Thelma & Louise star vote for? Green Party candidate Jill Stein. Susan wrote on Stein's website Tuesday:

"Fear of Donald Trump is not enough for me to support Clinton, with her record of corruption. Now that Trump is self-destructing, I feel even those in swing states have the opportunity to vote their conscience."

We guess she didn't hear how close it's getting in recent polls…

But Susan isn't the only celeb to vote her conscience; Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, and even Chuck Norris have named their picks too…

Actual Presidential Nominee Jill Stein Is Losing To 'Deez Nutz' In Polls — And Is Tied With Harambe The Gorilla

We're so glad the electoral process is being taken seriously…

While the 2016 Presidential election has effectively come down to a race between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, there are still some candidates who don't belong to either major party.

Unfortunately for said candidates… it doesn't look like Americans are paying them very much attention.

According to a survey released by Public Policy Polling on Tuesday, only 2 percent of voters would ever consider voting for Green Party nominee Jill Stein.

While that sounds bad enough on its own, that number ties Jill with

Roseanne Finished FIFTH In The Presidential Election

Roseanne Barr may have been millions, upon millions of votes shy from becoming the next President of the United States, but she did better than anyone probably ever expected.

The comedian finished fifth in the presidential election with 48,797 votes accumulated across 50 states!

Not bad, right?

Green Party candidate Jill Stein finished fourth with 400,000 votes and Gary Johnson claimed third with 1,139,562 votes — enough for just one percent of the popular vote.

She also congratulated President Barack Obama faster than his Republican opponent, Mitt Romney, when she tweeted:
