Danica Patrick may have not won 1st, 2nd or even 3rd place at the Daytona 500, but she was still the FIRST female driver to land the coveted starting position during the NASCAR event!!

The racing diva finished in 8th place at Sunday's meet, and even though she didn't zoom by everyone, she's still content.

Miz Patrick said:

“It was a solid day. We stayed basically in the top 10 all day. It was fun when it got a little exciting.”

Driver Jimmie Johnson ended up winning the race and her new boyfriend, Ricky Stenhouse, who is also a driver finished in at 12th.

Welp, at least Danica can say that she's a better racer than her man!!

Reba McEntire joined NASCAR's leading men at the Sprint Cup Series Awards Ceremony in Las Vegas last Friday.

The country star and actress, who hosted the event, walked the red carpet the Wynn Resort & Casino along with some of the biggest names in racing including Jeff Gordon, Dale Earnhardt Jr., and Jimmie Johnson.

You can't deny that they don't know how to celebrate an anniversary over at Chevrolet!

Team Chevrolet drivers Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon took to the start and did the green flag waving themselves at the 2011 Woodward Dream Cruise in Michigan!

The Chevrolet parade on Woodward Avenue featured 50 Chevrolet Volts, 20 employee-owned Chevrolet heritage vehicles, the new Camaro ZL1 and Chevrolet Sonic, and vehicles from the GM Heritage Collection.

So cool!
