Jimmy Buffet, singer of the famous song Cheeseburger in Paradise, has sold his themed restaurant chain of the same name.
He sold it off for $11 million dollars!
A pretty decent investment if you ask us, especially because it was all started by writing a fun song!

The musician is taking Margaritaville online and is collaborating with game developer THQ on a free-to-play social media game due this year on Facebook and Apple iPad.
While talking about his new online venture, he shared some details about the game, saying:
"You can build a boat (and) you can build a bar. You gotta evade the pirates. You can have adventures. You can go to Margaritaville."
Virtual pirates? Virtual bars? Virtual drunken pirates at virtual bars! We can't wait to vacay in Margaritaville!
Unlike most online games, playing may benefit you offline too! Buffett hopes to incorporate a feature that allowers players to turn virtual goods into rewards at his Margaritaville restaurant, explaining:
"If you buy virtual cheeseburgers and margaritas to send to friends, that should earn you a real burger or beer at a restaurant."

According to documents filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Margaritaville Enterprises LLC has submitted TWO applications to trademark the term for use in vodka and energy drinks!
Ha! Personally, we're fine with it, so long as the drink doesn't ACTUALLY make your face melt off!
