The season 3 finale of The Walking Dead was already pretty awesome on its own, but there was also the added bonus of getting our first look at the newest TV spot for Star Trek Into Darkness!

The new trailer is a little more light-hearted than the other promos and shows us some of the shenanigans our young Captain Kirk finds himself in before diving into the action we're used to seeing in a J.J. Abrams movie!

Unfortunately, there isn't nearly as much Benedict Cumberbatch as the last video, but we guess we can make do with Chris Pine!

Who knew evil could be so damn sexy??

So it looks like Benedict Cumberbatch won't actually be playing Kirk's arch nemesis, Khan, in Star Trek Into Darkness like we originally thought, but he still looks pretty damn sexy evil in this awesome new trailer!

This time around we learn a little bit more about Sherlock's character and we find out that he was once a top Starfleet commander who's now gone rogue. After he attacks the crew and goes on a rampage, it's up to Kirk and the gang to hunt him down!

The last Star Trek film already converted us to honorary trekkies with Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, and Zoe Saldana. But Benedict is taking the sexy to a whole new level!

We can't wait to see what J.J. Abrams has in store for us this May!

Wow! Hopefully Mark is available for Star Trek 3!
