Joan Rivers and daughter Melissa Rivers obvoiusly have a very close relationship!

And they certainly leave little to the imagination on their reality show, Joan and Melissa:Joan Knows Best?

Ever since Melissa's boyfriend Jason Zimmerman walked out on her last September, the deed of injecting her with fertility treatments has now been given to Joan.

During the second season of their reality show, Joan can be seen giving Melissa the shots, which is something that didn't come so easy to her at first.

On the show, Joan is seen practicing on an orange by thrusting a needle in the fruit.

And boy, do they let it all out.

But it's Joan Rivers, and we don't doubt it for a second!

On the comedienne's show, Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best, she was featured receiving some plastic surgery procedures, and during the recovery period, decided to indulge in some legal California medicinal marijuana to deal with the pain!

Well, if that isn't AMAZING enough in itself, she revealed that this was the first time she'd gotten baked since she used to enjoy it with none other than Betty White - which was back in the "dark ages!"

Melissa Rivers and her 11-year-old son Cooper patiently stood in line at LAX airport to check in their bags before heading out of El Lay on Tuesday.

Looks like Melissa and Co. are ready for a post-holiday vacay!

Wonder if Melissa's mom Joan Rivers will be meeting up with them? Now THAT'S something we'd like to see!

Perhaps a family vacation will be filmed for the second season of the reality show, Joan and Melissa: Joan Knows BesT, which premieres January 24!

We'll just have to wait and see.
