Getting nekked doesn't make someone a hooker!

Joanna Krupa is threatening legal action against a website that accuses her of being a prostitute.

The Real Housewife of Miami's lawyer Marty Singer fired off a letter to TheDirty.com, demanding they take down a post titled "Joanna Krupa Is a Confirmed Hooker" because of its defamatory nature.

In the post, a source claims they joined an online escort service for $10,000 and had sex with her, but Joanna says that's just not true.

So far, the website is refusing to pull the post, so it's safe to assume the lawsuit is going full steam ahead.

She is seeking $25,000 in each of the lawsuits she filed yesterday in the LA County Superior Court.
