The upcoming episode of Real Housewives Of New Jersey is definitely set to be one of the most scandalous of the season!

We previously mentioned how in Sunday’s episode, Teresa Giudice’s hubby Joe is seen taking a phone call and calling the woman on the other line, “baby.”

Not only that, but he then proceeded to call Tre his “b*tch wife” and a c*nt!

Reportedly, Teresa viewed the ep before it's set to air and was “humiliated” at her husband’s suspicious phone call and supposed cheating.

According to reports, Joe gets up in the middle of a dinner party to take a phone call he asserts to be work-related, but as he's proved time and time again, honesty is NOT his strongest attribute!

star Teresa has had more than his share of legal troubles, and was indicted yesterday by a grand jury with charges of fraudulently obtaining a driver's license in his brother Peitro's name, having impersonated him by using his birth and marriage certificate!

WTF was this guy thinking?! And with his history of legal troubles?

Nothing more obnoxious than someone who thinks he's above the law! Especially since he has a wife and daughters to think about!

Well, we imagine he'll have lots of time to think about them - if he ends up with 11 years behind bars, as he very well could!

Such a shame.
