Hey, sometimes things just aren't what they seem.

Jerry Sundusky is currently serving 30 to 60 years in prison for allegedly committing child sexual abuse, and taking into mind that his late ex-boss, Joe Paterno was accused of covering the molestation — Paterno's wifey Sue is now saying that she and her hubby were "ignorant to the magnitude of the problem."

Sue spoke at the the Pennsylvania Family Support Alliance's annual breakfast, which is a nonprofit that focuses on preventing child abuse, in Harrisburg, Pa. earlier today, and she admits that she never thought of Jerry as a child molester and even feels she and her husband helped him "groom his victims."

Miz Paterno has been defending Joe like crazy though, and we don't think she's gonna stop now, even if she revealed that she handled the situation without thinking about what was really going on.

Why are we not surprised!

Penn State assistant coach and convicted child molester, Jerry Sandusky just had a prison interview with John Ziegler on the Today show, and while the session was conducted in order to try to clear Sandusky's ex-boss, Joe Paterno's name, NBC is now receiving backlash for even administering the interview.

We previously mentioned that Sue Paterno is finally speaking up in defense of her late husband Joe Paterno.

Now that her family's own personal investigation into the whole Sandusky scandal is complete, she feels that she can confidently say her husband did the right thing.

The original report, the Freeh report, painted Paterno as a bad guy, who cared nothing about the child victims of Sandusky.

Sue went onto Katie to explain how the report reflected a man who she did not know.

She claims that his life was built on honesty and integrity. Doing things the right way.

It must be so hard to hear your husbands name dragged through the mud, so soon after losing him.

Almost a full year after the Penn State scandal and Joe Paterno's death, his widow Sue Paterno is finally speaking up!

She spoke up to defend her husband, who's legacy as the winningest coach in football history was tarnished due to his failure to act when news of Jerry Sandusky's sex abuse reached him.

We previously mentioned that the Paterno family was launching their own investigation into Joe's action back when things first were brought to his attention.

The report was carried out by experts her lawyers hired and it's a response to the Freeh report, that condemned Joe and led to his firing.

Gov. Tom Corbett of Pennsylvania is suing the NCAA on behalf of his whole state!

Like many other Pennsylvanians, Governor Corbett is upset about the unprecedented sanctions the NCAA hit Penn State with in wake of the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal.

The anti-trust lawsuit is going to be filed in the U.S. District Court in Harrisburg, PA's capital.

In the wake of the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal, Penn State was slapped with some pretty serious sanctions from the NCAA regarding its football program.

Mark Emmert, president of the NCAA, has defended these sanctions, even though they're some of the most severe ever handed down.
