Patricia Krentcil AKA Tanning Mom doesn’t care what the haterz have to say, but her case is about to appear in front of a group of people she may wanna start giving a shiz about… a grand jury!

The tan-bed happy mom has pleaded ‘not guilty' and is scheduled to appear in court next Monday on a child endearment charge for allegedly tanning her 6 year-old to a crisp!

Her attorney John D. Caruso maintains her innocence, and proclaims her daughter was burned by the sun – NOT a tanning bed:

"That child was never in that tanning booth.

She loves her child more than her own life and would never ever allow her child to go inside that tanning bed."

This case has quite literally received so much HEAT, we're just hoping she gets a fair trial…
