Now that John Doe #1 and John Doe #2 John Truesdale have found the proper representation in the form of Gloria Allred, it sounds like they are just about ready to move forward with their lawsuits!

The attorney representing the masseurs, who both allege John Travolta sexually assaulted them during massages, contacted Marty Singer for the first time on Friday. A source described their first formal conversation by saying:

Remember when we thought John Travolta's second accuser was dropping his case and going quietly into the night? We were wrong!

The anonymous masseur, who claims he was sexually assaulted by the Grease star during a massage in an Atlanta hotel, fired his attorney because he wanted to hire Gloria Allred!

The famous lawyer is now reppin' both John Doe #1 and #2 and said this about her newest client's case:

"We believe that the lawsuit should be filed in another court and, therefore, the lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice. We will be conferring with our client regarding what will happen next in this case."

If they want to file a new lawsuit, Marty Singer is ready and told sources:

"I'm looking forward to trying the case against Gloria Allred in a court of law, not in the media."

It sounds like the angry masseurs didn't think their original attorney, Okorie Okorocha, could handle such a high-profile trial.

That kinda sucks for him because this trial could have made his career! If he won, at least.

John Travolta was probably feeling pret-ty relieved when his first accuser's lawsuit was formally dismissed, but not anymore!
