This is exactly where the money SHOULD go!

As of December of 2010, Michael Jackson's Estate has made more than $310 million in gross revenues, and the co-Executors John Branca and John McClain are reportedly using a portion of that to fund - $30 million, to be exact - to the deceased pop icon's trust for Katherine Jackson and his three children!

They've also asked the court's permission to sell the family home in Encino, which was valued at $4,150,000 when Michael died!

We're just happy to see that his children will be taken care of!

They've certainly been through enough - they deserve to have some financial support as they grow up!

Wow, Discovery Channel! First, you had all that Deadliest Catch drama back in September, and now you're thinking of airing a special that re-enacts Michael Jackson's autopsy?

Yikes! And 9,000 MJ fans aren't the only ones who are pissed!

Here's what co-executors of Michael's estate, John Branca and John McClain, had to say about the special in a letter sent to Discovery's CEO/President David Zaslav:

"Your decision to even schedule this program is in shockingly bad taste, insensitive to Michael's family and appears motivated solely by your blind desire to exploit Michael's death, while cynically attempting to dupe the public into believing this show will have serious medical value.

We were especially outraged when a sickening print advertisement for the program appeared making light of Michael's death by depicting a corpse sprawled on a steel gurney covered by a sheet with a hand sticking out wearing Michael's signature glove."

Over 9,000 Michael fans have signed an online petition to keep this show from airing. Discovery has yet to comment on it.

We wonder if we'll ever know the truth about this.

Michael Jackson's brother, Randy, was answering questions for fans via his Twitter page, and when the topic of the authenticity of his brother's new album, Michael, came up, he re-affirmed what many of the Jackson family are alleging: that many of the vocals are done by an impersonator!

He wrote:

Me and my nephew were the first to say that it wasn't his voice on some of the tracks

The family and the executers of the Estate, Branca and Mclain are not on the same page

We don't see eye to eye

John McClain insisted that no family members were allowed at his studio where the project was being completed

I became suspicious about the album, when I heard when armed guards were involved since my brothers passing, May he rest in peace.

My first thought was, what are they trying to hide

Teddy Riley was brought in just to mix and insisted on switching studios

At which he called me to come down and hear my brothers music, may he rest in peace.

I heard the music and I immediately said it wasn't his voice

Now McClain points the finger at Sony, when he got the tracks before it even went to Sony

But I think they all know all now it is not him

In fact, when I heard about the Sony deal, it made me sick

Sony has 250 mil reasons to convince the public that it is his voice, if you know what I mean.

Like AEG, they were cutting deals with the Estate before I could get my brother in the ground. May he rest in peace.

Okay, after this Sony deal was inked, McClain went to work putting together the first album

Calling all over the place looking for music with my brothers voice on it

From what I heard, he didn't care about the quality or how complete the vocals were.

Why would Sony sign a 10 album deal over a period of seven years and

McClain couldn't find enough product for one album

If they don't even have enough product for one album how are they going to make 10 albums?

And as to the vocal authenticators, they work for pay. And I wasn't there when they did their analysis

Some of the songs are him, and some aren't. I would be my life on that.

Since my brothers passing, over one billion dollars has been profited.

I want his legacy to be respected as if he were here.

My brother was a perfectionists, and they are paying no regards to quality

Wow! Those are some serious allegations!

And we hate to think that people would be so disrespectful of Michael's memory that they would knowingly release music under his name that he did not perform, but Randy argues a pretty strong case for himself!

So sad and unfortunate.

Michael's longtime producer/manager Teddy Riley says yes, his songs are legit.

Here's what Riley had to say about Michael's new music:

"When I heard these songs, my heart cried hearing Michael again in good spirits. The vocals sounded very polished, very on key and processed. I have no doubts that these are Michael's vocals."

MJ's new song Breaking News has been the source of some controversy, and Michael's nephews have tweeted about it, saying that his voice isn't the one featured on the song.

Here's what his nephews Taryll, Taj, and TJ tweeted about the song:

"I KNOW my Uncle's voice and something's seriously wrong when you have immediate FAMILY saying it's not him. Don't you have to wonder why? I have strong, undeniable points. They can't give me answers, yet continue to move forward with lies and deception. Sounding like Michael Jackson and BEING Michael Jackson are two different things."

Michael's brother Jackie also commented on the song via Twitter:

"My friend John McClain (co-executor) and I have insisted for many weeks to have certain tracks removed from Michael's new album. Unfortunately, our concerns were not taken seriously."

Here's what Riley said in response to complaints about the songs:

"I did what Michael would expect of me with the tools I had to work with (vocal tracks of Michael). This is his legacy. Let it live."

Another one of Michael's former managers, Frank Dileo, also vouched for the songs:

"I spoke to Michael by telephone at the Cascios' home studio several times while he was recording with them, and he was excited and enthused by the music and the experience. While listening to the tracks, especially the ones not heard by the general public, you can hear that he was having a great time!"

We can accept that these songs were actually performed by Michael, although to be perfectly honest, maybe it would be better if they weren't. We were FAR from blown away by his new song, Breaking News.
