Jon Gosselin is actually saying something wise these days.

We guess his Christian Audigier crisis is over…

After his ex-wife, Kate Gosselin, expressed her concern for her family's future after her reality shows' cancellation, Jon basically said suck it up.

In an interview, Jon blatantly says:

We knew as soon as this story broke he would come weaseling out of his hole and make an encore appearance before fading into a distant memory.

Jon admits that he is "very relieved" that his ex-wife's show, Kate Plus 8, was canceled yesterday, claiming he's glad his children will be kept away from the spotlight. He explained:

Going through one of the ugliest public divorces in history doesn't scare Jon Gosselin away from marriage.

In fact, he has plans to marry his girlfriend of over a year - Ellen Ross.

Yikes.

Kate Gosselin just can't seem to get away from her former married life.

A northeastern Pennsylvania judge has ordered the reality star to pay $10,300 to a former marriage counselor who counseled Kate and her ex-husband Jon Gosselin back in Marh 2009.

Marriage counselor Sylvia Lafair says Kate promised to pay for her services and travel if she flew out to Los Angeles to meet with The Gosselins.

Kate didn't pay, but also claims that she never had a contract with the marriage counselor.

Suuuure.

Seems that the judge didn't see it Kate's way and has ordered her pay.

Of course, Kate's attorney plans to appeal the case.

We don't know who to believe here, but we have a feeling Kate isn't exactly innocent in this whole thing. You received the services and even though they obviously didn't help your marriage, you still need to pay up.

P.S. What about Jon?? Shouldn't he pay part of it too?

He's over it! Or so he says!

Jon Gosselin has kept a relatively low profile for the better part of the year, and apparently, he's intending on keeping it that way! According to the former reality star, he's given up his reality television career to instead instal solar farms, and that's exactly how he likes it!

He explains to In Touch:

“I really don’t miss anything about the reality TV life, to be honest. It just wasn’t for me. I’ve basically just kind of reinvented my life all over again. I just want to give this new life of mine a huge shot and I want to stick with it. I really want to say that this is my last interview.”

We'd say that this is a pretty win-win situation all around!

Obviously when he striving for the limelight, he seems to attract a lot of trouble, so here's hoping he can stay committed to his children's needs and hopefully provide them some stability when they don't have the cameras rolling on them!

Way to go, Jon.

In another classy move made by Poppa Gosselin, the reality star is alleging that his brother is selling information to the tabloids.

Jon is threatening to sue his own flesh and blood and doesn't believe his brother, Mark, who denies that he would ever do such a thing.

Mark says:

"Jon doesn’t believe me. We haven’t had much of a conversation besides 'Hey' in a few weeks. I’ve lost my best friend due to all this."

Maybe Jon is acting just a little too paranoid?? But, then again, instead of keeping his mouth shut, his brother is speaking out about this particular incident, so maybe Jon's claims are true??

Who really knows at this point, but it might better for Jon if he can find a way to resolve this with his brother rationally.

Hey! The gal didn't save their marriage! Why should she get paid!

We kid, we kid. The Dalai Lama couldn't have found a way to bring peace to this pair.

This morning, Dr. Lafair filed a lawsuit against Kate Gosselin, suing the reality mom for not paying her due marriage counseling fees. Kate and her ex-husband has hired Dr. Lafair when their marriage had started on the road to it's rocky end, but apparently they forgot to pay the good doc for her services.

Dr. Lafair is seeking more than $10,000 in unpaid fees, according to her complaint, which include reimbursement for the times she flew to Los Angeles to provide counseling there. Apparently, Kate and Jon "refused" to pay her travel expenses at the time.

Speaking of Jon, why isn't his name on this lawsuit? Was he not in the marriage counseling sessions? Shouldn't he be held accountable for stiffing you as well? Or are we just going to let him slide on this because he has no money or fame anymore? That seems fair, right? He was the reason the marriage went to hell to begin with, but of course, Kate should pay for it being unfixable!

Oh, Jon Gosselin. How we haven't missed you for a single second!

This morning, Kate Gosselin appeared on The Today Show to talk about her new Kate Plus Eight special and her life since the last time we've seen her. According to the famous dancer mom, she and her kids are better than ever and they are excited to still be a part of the of TLC family.

Kate briefly touched upon her ex-husband, who she revealed is still a part of the kids' lives, but she wishes would be more so. She explains:

"I am doing what I can to reach out and communicate. What I receive back is not in my control. I do what I can to involve him in our family…He has them two weekends a month. I wish he would see them more, to be honest. So do they. I think the important thing is that I control my reaction, my attitude and my words."

So mature! We're sure their conversations are just the highlights of both of their days!
