Hey! The gal didn't save their marriage! Why should she get paid!

We kid, we kid. The Dalai Lama couldn't have found a way to bring peace to this pair.

This morning, Dr. Lafair filed a lawsuit against Kate Gosselin, suing the reality mom for not paying her due marriage counseling fees. Kate and her ex-husband has hired Dr. Lafair when their marriage had started on the road to it's rocky end, but apparently they forgot to pay the good doc for her services.

Dr. Lafair is seeking more than $10,000 in unpaid fees, according to her complaint, which include reimbursement for the times she flew to Los Angeles to provide counseling there. Apparently, Kate and Jon "refused" to pay her travel expenses at the time.

Speaking of Jon, why isn't his name on this lawsuit? Was he not in the marriage counseling sessions? Shouldn't he be held accountable for stiffing you as well? Or are we just going to let him slide on this because he has no money or fame anymore? That seems fair, right? He was the reason the marriage went to hell to begin with, but of course, Kate should pay for it being unfixable!

Oh, Jon Gosselin. How we haven't missed you for a single second!

This morning, Kate Gosselin appeared on The Today Show to talk about her new Kate Plus Eight special and her life since the last time we've seen her. According to the famous dancer mom, she and her kids are better than ever and they are excited to still be a part of the of TLC family.

Kate briefly touched upon her ex-husband, who she revealed is still a part of the kids' lives, but she wishes would be more so. She explains:

"I am doing what I can to reach out and communicate. What I receive back is not in my control. I do what I can to involve him in our family…He has them two weekends a month. I wish he would see them more, to be honest. So do they. I think the important thing is that I control my reaction, my attitude and my words."

So mature! We're sure their conversations are just the highlights of both of their days!

Former reality star Jon Gosselin has a new job!

It's being reported that daddy Gosselin has started a new job installing solar panels on the roof of a storage building. He used to be a computer technician!

People might scoff at this, but we aren't! Not only is he apparently working hard, but he's seemingly enjoying it!

Kinda reminds us of the end to Office Space! LOLz!

Uh oh! This can't be good.

Jon Gosselin quit his new 9-to-5 job with Global Green Property Services, which helps businesses become more environmentally friendly.

"It involved too much travel for him," claims a source close to Jon. "[Jon] needed to be near his eight kids, that's why it didn't work out."

Ok, but how is he gonna pay for them?!

Well, we're glad to hear that he finally had enough sense to give up the limelight.

Sources close to Jon Gosselin have revealed that the former reality star has opted to take a more traditional 9-5 career, and will now be working in sales marketing for the eco-friendly company Global Green Property Services!

The insider explains:

“He's much more content blending in and being able to live his life without the world watching. Jon doesn’t long for fame at all.”

Well, we doubt that to a degree, but this is definitely a more responsible move on his part than for what we'd normally give him credit.

It will be good for the kids to have a parent that is trying to stay out of the media.

With parents like Jon and Kate Gosselin, do you blame them??

The Gosselin kids are apparently becoming extremely out of control!

According to Life & Style magazine, during a trip to Philadelphia for a Kate Plus 8 shoot, the children were misbehaving and Kate didn't even bother to discipline them.

A source says, "The kids started running wild …. They were trying to touch the bell and the guards freaked out." However, instead of getting her eight kids in control, Kate was just plain rude to the guards. The source adds, "She was incredibly nasty to them and tried to make excuses for her kids behavior. But the kids were DEFINITELY out of line."

We feel sorry for any nanny that has to be in the middle of that situation.

These kids are obviously acting out and it doesn't help that they're required to "work" in front of cameras.
