Kiss me Kate or Hit me Kate?

That's the question on everyone's minds regarding the allegations that Kate Gosselin has used physicals means to punish her kids, or that she's said some semi-disturbing material written in her private journal.

The author of the book Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled The World is saying that he's got evidence straight from Gosselin's hard drive that proves his allegations in the book, which Amazon has pulled down at the request of Kate's lawyers, are in fact true.

Kate Gosselin admitted to beating her children.

In fact, she wrote detailed accounts of the abuse in personal journals.

At least, that's what journalist Robert Hoffman is alleging in his upcoming book Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled The World.

But how did Robert the reporter get his hands on these private diaries? Did he sneak in the window like Nancy Drew? Did he have a one of those kids passing him info like a diminutive Deep Throat?

Well, now it appears that Jon Gosselin already knew about it!

Remember when Jon Gosselin recently turned out his pockets to tell us he was penniless and facing either eviction or jail?

He wove a tale of woe and self-pity centering around the recession and the courts forcing him to pay eight kids worth of child support to Kate instead of making rent, LOLz!!

We guess he was so broke he couldn't even afford to pay attention to the terms of his child support!

It turns out Jon doesn't owe ANY child support money at all!

According to Kate's lawyer, Cheryl Young, the dad isn't a deadbeat — just a dummy.

He lost his wife. His kids. He may lose his home. He could even lose his freedom if the struggling Dad doesn't find the means to pail child support.

While the trials and tribulations of Jon Gosselin are fine lyrics to a country song, it doesn't sound like a very joy-filled existence.

The former star of Jon & Kate Plus 8 spoke recently about his legal and financial woes.

He lamented:

Oh! A compliment was the last thing we expected.

Despite their nasty split and all the hatred and fighting, Jon Gosselin is finally on better terms with his ex-wife Kate Gosselin.

They are actually getting along and even speaking for the first time in three years.

Jon said:

"Now Kate and I communicate great. It's parenting together but in separate locations. She’s a great mother."

He even told why he acted the way he did when things started to fall apart between he and his wife.

"I married at 22 and for 10 years I never went out. I reverted back to being 23. I didn’t realize how famous I was. I didn’t think because I was in the moment. I was passive aggressive. Then I’d get mad, but I wasn’t the one communicating."

We're so glad you two worked it out!

It's best not to fight, for the children's sake.

And those are a lot of children!
