When Josh Duhamel isn't busy wearing a dress, he works out with his trainer in Brentwood, and boy does he look good doing it!

The All My Children actor went out for an Easter Sunday work out session with her personal trainer, and considering that his wifey, Fergie is preggers, he made sure to go hard so that when his baby arrives he can have enough energy to pull all nighters.

There's definitely nothing better than a determined daddy, and Josh is proving that he's ready for an ultimate fitness plan and a baby!

Josh Duhamel, actor and hunk, was out and about in Santa Monica, CA yesterday!

It might have been one of the three overcast days El Lay has had all year, but that didn't stop Josh from hitting the sand for a run!

Rain or shine, the Red Cross was going to have their third annual youth run!

During a recent photoshoot for a Voli Light vodka campaign, a company she co-owns, Fergie talked to sources about maintaining that magnificent figure and said:

"I'm one of those girls who's not psychotic about what I eat. I'll watch what I eat, but I'll let myself cheat once in a while, too."

See? Don't ever beat yourself up for giving into temptation. Just like Fergie, you're only human!

The Black Eyed Peas singer continued to explain that the key to her healthy lifestyle is balance, explaining:

Josh Duhamel put his sweatiest foot forward as he left the gym in El Lay on Wednesday morning.

The gorgeous 6' 3" actor towered over the crowd as he made his way home in drenched gym attire.

It was a tad bit nippily out in Los Angeles today so that might explain the material stretching thin over his left pec. Ha!

Yeah…we see your nipple, Josh. Might as well just take the whole shirt off for us too!

Despite the soaring temperature of nearly 100 degrees, Josh Duhamel hit the beach in Miami on Tuesday for a mid day jog.

The actor is in town to support his wife, Fergie, who sang the national anthem before the Miami Dolphins game on Monday night.

Sometimes it's hard enough to find the energy to go for a jog in the first place, but Josh managed to do it in excessive heat and while on vacation! Now that's dedication!

It's a picture in a picture!

A Perezcious reader snapped this shot of Miami Dolphin minority owners Fergie and Marc Anthony posing with their celeb guests including Will Smith, Josh Duhamel, Dwyane Wade, and Sean Kingston at last night's Monday Night Football game.

Unfortunately, the Dolphins' season didn't start out as well as Fergie and Marc would have liked. They watched their team lose 24 to 38 against visiting challengers, the New England Patriots.

Maybe they'll have better luck next week when they face off against the Houston Texans.

Hooray for celeb couples who love charity!

Fergie got the Black Eyed Peas together to put on a benefit show in Josh Duhamel's recently flooded hometown of Minot, North Dakota and raised $1.3 million for relief efforts!

The money went toward the much needed Minot Area Recovery Fund which is bankrolling the town's rebuilding efforts after flood waters forced 11,000 residents out of their homes in June.

Duhamel showed his appreciation for his wife's band on Twitter after their performance Sunday, tweeting:

"A HUGE thank you to @iamwill, @TabBep, @apl_de & #Fergie for their incredible act of kindness for doing #MinotRising. North Dakota loves you."

Will.i.am. responded warmly with:

"@joshduhamel i.am proud to support #MinotRising…this is what its all about…'Americans helping americans' one neighborhood United States."

Sorry Jay-Z and Kanye, but this may have been one of our favorite collaborations of the year! Thanks to helping out those in need, guys (gal)!
