Liv Tyler and her photographer, supermodel Helena Christensen, celebrated their Vs. magazine cover on Tuesday with a big ol' star-studded party at NYC's Paul Gerards Exchange Alley.

Some in attendance were Josh Hartnett, designer Erin Fetherston, Ali Hewson, Bebe Buell, Jason Weinberg, Michael Stipe, Thomas Dozol, Juris Kupris, Syrie Moskowitz and Colette Lumiere.

Noticeably absent from the soiree were fellow cover girls Coco Rocha, Rachel McAdams and Amanda Seyfried, so we're going to assume they had prior engagements.

Former teen heartthrob Josh Hartnett is on the cover of Corduroy magazine's latest issue still looking sexy at 33.

And if you're like us and wondering where the hell he's been, Josh told the mag:

"I’ve taken a couple years off from acting in film. For a while now, I’ve been kind of uninspired to act. When you don’t have any control [over your career] it can be really difficult."

We're sure it is.
